Hi, I have 30 Firefox processes running and they are taking up ~2700 MB (84%) memory. I have 8GB installed memory. I'm running Win 11. What causes processes to run and how do I know which ones I can end?

Until last week I could access crosswords on the Australians Mind Games site. I could open the selected puzzle and be prompted to open with Firefox or Adobe and then be able to print. Now, when I click on the selected puzzle nothing loads. I've cleared recent history, looked at permissions, turned off privacy settings in Duckduckgo and nothing seems to work. I have resorted to using Edge (which I hate) to print the crosswords. Has anyone got a solution?

Suddenly I can no longer connect to gmail or googlemail on mozilla. It works fine everywhere else. At present I'm having to use Microsoft Edge for emails. Everything else on Mozilla seems to work fine. I don't get any messages to say why. The input just sits there with the fullstop going left and right. Any ideas ?

I have a backup email address, recover codes, phone.

but firefox requires the inaccessible primary email address to make any changes !!!!!@!@!@!!!!!

When I export a presentation from Perplexity in Firefox, the downloaded file is completely empty (slides without content).

If I do the same export in other browsers (for example, Chrome or Edge), the presentation exports correctly and the file is not empty.

So it seems this issue only happens in Firefox. Firefox 145.0.2

I run the current version of Firefox on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop under Windows 11 Pro, I've found two webpages that I can't scroll--there's no scrollbar on the page, and the arrow keys don't work. On other pages, there's no problem. but I simply can't scroll thes pages. What's going on here?

So I reformatted my hard drive and everytime I finish I reinstall Firefox. I have an account where I log in and it put me back where I left off with all my past bookmarks that I saved. Ive been doing this for 10 years but today not sure whats going on but when I logged if all my stuff has disappeared. Please help or contact Mozilla regarding this. I cant understand why one cant directly speak to the ones who developed this browser. Quite frustrating

Using Firefox 145.0.2, Flatpak installed via Bazzite's Bazaar store, there is no "sparkle" button in the sidebar, no options present like there are when I use Firefox on Windows.

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I am so tired of this. I am continuously being blocked from webpages because Firefox says I am not able to access them. First it was Macy's website and now it is my bank website. I have just gotten a new computer this week, but it was occurring on my previous one. I am 71 years old and am not a computer whiz on these situations. I was able to access my bank account this morning but not now. Total bullcrap.I really liked Firefox, but if it continues I will switch to something else. I just received this error code.
