I would like to report a browser compatibility issue regarding CSS positioning behavior that differs from Chromium-based browsers.

• • Issue Description:**

When an element with `position: sticky` is placed inside a container with `position: fixed`, Firefox treats the sticky element as if it has `position: relative`, effectively breaking the sticky positioning functionality.

• • Expected Behavior:**

The sticky element should maintain its sticky positioning behavior even when nested inside a fixed-positioned container, as it does in Chromium-based browsers.

• • Current Firefox Behavior:**

The sticky element loses its sticky properties and behaves like a relatively positioned element.

• • Use Case:**

This issue particularly affects modal implementations where: - The `body` element receives `position: fixed` to prevent background scrolling - Page elements (such as `.total-section`) should maintain their sticky behavior regardless of changes to the body positioning

• • Browser Comparison:**

- **Chromium browsers (Chrome):** Sticky positioning works correctly in this scenario - **Firefox:** Sticky positioning fails and falls back to relative behavior

• • Request:**

Could you please consider aligning Firefox's behavior with other major browsers? The current inconsistency creates cross-browser compatibility issues and forces developers to implement JavaScript workarounds.

I had a new computer installed. The output from the speakers is almost inaudible in Firefox, but it's better on other browsers. The tech said that it's a Firefox issue, not a speaker issue--she said the speakers are OK.

i got the new update but i have one problem. where is the home button on the toolbar? i would like to just press that like before instead of opening a new page and closing the old one

Using Cloud applications via browser and my mail webbased I have Firefox installed. This browser was in my opinion always the better choice, but last months I experience strange behavior, cache issues, freezing pages, crashing tabs which is very annoying and frustrating when working in the cloud. In the same session it is possible that I suddenly can't open objects anymore or click on URL's, buttons not reacting or even can't login again, even when I just was logged in successfully. After refreshing and restarting the browser or sometimes even after restarting my device, everything is working properly again for a while. The same issues I have when using the incognito browser, especially when I use this for cloud application for example. I can't explain and my questions are: - anyone experiencing, familiar with and or know of this same kind of browser behavior and - if yes, how to solve this?

I am not at all happy with this update. How do I delete it from my system? If I had any notification of what you were doing I would not have allowed it in the first place. And I will definitely be turning off auto updates from now on.

got a new computer. Geek Squad added my firefox, but it now won't allow my worlplace (Lowes) for schedules and pay.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to lius.myloweslife.com. Peer reports it experienced an internal error.

setting up new laptop - downloaded Firefox and when trying to sign in have forgotten password. Entered the code emailed to me but wants 32 character account recovery key - don't know where to get that.

My network is pretty fast -

• Download Speed - 76.30 mbps
• Upload Speed - 113.13 mbps
• Idle Latency - 61 ms
• Download Latency - 59 ms
• Upload Latency - 18 ms

Even though this is a pretty fast network connection, my websites on firefox take a long time to load, for example youtube takes like 2 seconds to load, and sometimes some elements of the website do not even load. This is a very annoying problem which I would like a solution for.

Firefox used to start in a second on my Windows 10 PC. But lately it now takes about 10-20 secunds to start (on 143 beta). Is there any reason why it takes so much longer to start now? Is there any setting og tweak I can do to get it to start faster?

I'm simply trying to email someone using the email link on their site.

The link is a mailto link which requires an email application (which I don't have). All I want is to copy the link to the clipboard.

Firefox lets me right click the link and copy the email address, but this doesn't allow me to provide the required Subject specified by the site's author.

I could have sworn Firefox used to have this feature. Netscape and IE certainly always had it back in the day.

I can not use YouTube, all videos infantly buffer, I have deleted cookies and all history and it still fails, If I open a private window it works!

What is wrong?

Firefox is not saving my passwords. Every time I start up my laptop, all the saved passwords are gone. I have tried a refresh and a new install as well, but the problem persists. I have to sync to my other machine to restore them.
