The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? Hello! I updated FLOORP on the 5th May, FLOORP crashed and then Brave, Firefox, Waterfox, LibreWolf and Vivaldi started crashing. I had Brave and Vivaldi open when I launched FLOORP and FLOORP asked consent to update itself and after updating, it did not open in “previous session” and I could not open “previous session” through History. When I launched “Settings” from menu, “previous session” opened! I had pinned “Settings” earlier.

Now the bizarre happens; suddenly LibreWolf launches by itself also without “previous session” and open tabs in Brave and Vivaldi disappear to single New Tab. After some tinkering, I was able to restore “previous session” in LibreWolf, Brave and Vivaldi.

Now I close all browsers and open Firefox, no “previous session” and some random windows in its history, opening these random windows also opened “previous session”! 🙄But then Waterfox launches also without “previous session”, here clicking on OneTab extension recovered “previous session”.

Cutting short; I uninstalled, Waterfox, LibreWolf and FLOORP, this did not help, I ran System Restore twice to two different points and it has not resolved the issue.

Ok-So this popup window popped up when I returned to Firefox. I don't think it's legit and I am wondering how I go about blocking it permanently. I searched the settings but didn't see where I could post the URL so that is why I am posting this here.

I copied the URL but I don't want to post it here in case it could do something to someone else's system. But here is the screenshot. Please advise me what I need to do. Thank you! TGIF!

I am on a Mac running Sonoma.

Starting a couple of weeks ago, I began noticing that occasionally (every 2-3 days usually), a few empty files appear in my c:\ folder (Windows 10, as up-to-date as Windows ever is). They have names like "wal3A7109C6" (no file extension). Usually 4-5 will be generated at the same time (ie, same timestamp, so within the same second).

When I first noticed them, I (nervously) deleted a batch with no apparent consequences - but I had to activate Administrator privileges to get rid of them. I ran virus scans but have seen nothing unusual.

A few minutes ago, I had Firefox open but minimized to the task bar. I also happened to have c:\ open in a Window I could see. As I tapped to expand the browser, another of the files appeared, and the browser window behaved oddly for a moment, as though about to crash. The last few versions - I'm at 125.0.3 (64 bit) - have been crashing more than I'm accustomed to, but this is the first time I'd considered the browser to be a likely suspect.

Does anyone have any clues/possibilities to offer? It would be much appreciated.

May I first say that trying to get hold of you to make this report was painful, and took about 20 minutes and a long walk around Mozilla's assorted website, opening two accounts, etc.

I received a notice while using Firefox on PC that an update was available. I was going to put it off, as I had 25 tabs open, but the notice indicated that my open tabs would be restored once the update was complete, so I approved the update. It download and I assume installed the update, seemed to temporarily close Firefox, and then reopened the original page with all my open tabs, plus an empty page. When I tried to open the tabs shown, they all indicated that the tab had crashed and then gave me the option of restoring that tab or on some restoring all tabs. Neither worked, in fact, that Firefox page became completely unresponsive and would not allow me to browse new urls (the tabs just spun). I actually had to use MS Edge to get to anywhere to seek out someplace to make a report. I first went to the discussion group and opened up an account there, but from there noticed that feedback on Firefox was at a different url. I then needed to create an account "here". Since nothing was working, I closed and reopened the Firefox page with all the tabs on it, figuring maybe it would restore the crashed tabs. It did not and all tabs were lost. I can probably get back to some of them using the history archive, but it was very disappointing and will be even more time consuming. I am running the current version of Win 10 pro, 64 bit, on a PC. I thought you would want to know about this. Thank you for your time.

A website's verification code box was one digit too small. Had to use another browser to complete the verification. The website is http://www.ssa.gov

I never had this problem before.Specifically, the last digit in the verification code code not enter the box.

Strange issues 125.0.3 Installed and I am getting scrambled text and some icons. When I check logs from my server the text is unreadable, if I try Edge or another browser, all is well. I included a sample log file.

I am also experiencing strange icons in google maps (see image). Those are supposed to be the road number markers, this also works correctly in Edge and other browsers.

For quite awhile I have had an intermittent problem when watching YouTube videos. To watch a video I right click on it and select "open link in new window". If I just click on the video to watch it, the main page may reload when I click on the back arrow and some of the videos I was interested in are no longer displayed. Sometimes my touchpad doesn't recognize the right click and opens the video in the current window. After it starts playing, if I click the back arrow, the video returns to the previous page (which may be reloaded), and sometimes the audio from the video keeps playing, so I have audio for a video that is no longer visible. When this happens, if I click on another video, the audio from both are played. Today I had the same thing happen when I was streaming a TV program from the Spectrum website.

1. If I click on a YouTube video from the main page, should the main page be rebuilt when I click on the back arrow? 2. How do I resolve the audio continuing to play problem? i don't know if this is a Firefox problem but I have no idea where to start to fix it.

Google reCaptcha is not working for about 1 day, but no problem in Chrome browser. Does anyone else experience this? I use the latest firefox browser.

Problem with using space bar when trying to post replies on YT or other sites. Can key text, but space bar does not work. On Google search page, can get only one space between words. Tried 2 different keyboards w/same problem. Doesn't seem to happen on Chrome or Safari. Re-installed Firefox with same results. Any thoughts, please? Thank you.

In the last couple of days I've been unable to login to my virginmedia accounts using firefox, all other browers work fine, I can enter details no trouble but as soon as I press the blue button on their page nothing happens, cleared cookies and data for virgin but didnt help.

I can't access my Virgin e-mail. I sign in with usual e-mail and password, then click and the link just doesn't work. The same when I ry to access my Virgin account details. Sign in and the links just don't work. It was fine yesterday, but there has been another Mozilla 'Update' which has 'Broken' the Virgin site! Can I roll back to the previous version of Firefox? There does seem to be an awful lot of updates; every few days it sems. Why?

Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

Firefox View Open Tabs is my favorite feature. I (used to) use it daily, but now, even though I have NUMEROUS windows (over 40) and multiple tabs in many of those windows, View Open Tabs is completely empty. I'd very much like to restore that 'index' without losing all those pages/tabs (it's my reading & ToDo list).

Sometime recently, I found it using gobs of CPU even though Javascript was (and still is) disabled, so I found the top CPU process and killed it. Instead of a single page going blank, Firefox crashed. Sometime after that I noticed that View Open Tabs was no longer populating. Maybe that contributed or instigated the dysfunction?

How to PROPERLY erase history? I mean, you erase HISTORY...click...there you go...?!?!?...but, what's happening? I erased HISTORY...ah, I erased it FROM the panel but, it WILL remained on the list that it shows on top of the icon (sic) ...someone suggested to go on the panel, select privacy, scroll to history, pass over "Never remember history...." (?) AND then you "click"... Clear...what is the point? clear means clear means clear from EVERYWHERE...sorry about the mess I wrote but I was frustrated

Until yesterday everything was fine. I was able to complete recaptcha. But when I tried searching something today, I couldn't do it because of the recaptcha. It was stuck on infinite loading. Every website I visited the problem was there. I tried fixing it from the tips I found in the forum here but nothing seems to work. I was frustrated. Then I tried Brave browser and it was working. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you.

Firefox on my pc loads Ebay.com with Chinese characters, not English.

This ONLY happens on PC (mobile phone is fine, same firefox browser) only with firefox (Duck Duck Go on my pc works fine) and ONLY when opening Ebay.

Problem started 4/29. I have done: computer update/restart, firefox update/restart, clear cache in firefox
