Hello. I have been using Firefox as primary browser for long time. Today reinstall my firefox because youtube video not playing sound. But after fresh install and synced account but all my savings are gone. Passwords and bookmarks are missing. PLease help me to recover.

Hello, Firefox keeps crashing every 1 or 2 minutes. thats a new Endeavouros installation and firefox was pre-installed. system is fully updated.

I am not able to load any games on Facebook using Firefox,the game main page loads and the spinning loading just stops and goes no further. All other browsers do not have this problem, chrome loaded fine, Microsoft Edge loaded fine. I was able to get it to work for a short bit last night on Firefox by totally removing Firefox, including folders last night, shut down, tried today and issue has returned. I have tried all the steps in the forums, nothing is working, why is it only Firefox doing this?

Hi , from yesterday i facing a issue of sound , it does not play any sound in any platform s like youtube , netflix prime etc etc. when i tried other like chrome & edge it had no issue playing the music . Please help me as soon as possible

Is it possible to change Firefox's default keybinds? I don't see an option for this in Settings, nor in about:preferences or about:config. Some discussions on these forums suggest autoconfig.conf but that doesn't seem to have any options for keybinds. I found several KB articles on customizing Firefox, but none said anything about default keybinds:

For example, I'd like to change the keybind to open a private window from the default [Shift]+[Cmd]+P to [Shift]+[Cmd]+N. The latter is standard on most other browsers and is in my muscle memory. Is there any way to do that?

Firefox Browser 123.0 (64bit) Windows 11 Pro

Lately I have been experiencing issues/difficulties to access certain websites either an security issue (eg Site needs to verify the security of my internet connection. This verification process times out and of course results in not getting access. Or the following message gets displayed when accessing this site:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to mynikonlife.com.au.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies"

In both the above cases I experience no difficulties, using Microsoft Edge. Is there an solution to this or do I start using MS Edge (which I do not want to)?

pdf files fail to download in Firefox, but not other browsers. In particular these sites:

However, I can download from non-password protected sites like:

Downloads work in other browsers. I've checked various items in the settings and none of them help.

I like Firefox, but if it won't, I will go elsewhere.

I am a scientist who has no time for local quirkiness and prefer to have the correct timestamp on all documents in Firefox. I have multiple Microphones on my PC. I don't want to Plug them in and out Everytime, and some can't be unpluggt. Also i want the freedom to choose easily. I would love to change it in the "Permission for web.whatsapp.com" Menue thats drops down when i klick on it in the Adressbar. See picture attached.

I don't have a home page button on my browser. How do I add a home page button? Also, when I navigate to a new page my bookmark tool bar at the top disappears. I only have the bookmark tool bar on my home page. I want it to show on every tab I open so I can easily navigate from there rather than having to go back to my home page every time. This problem started when I got a new computer. The browser works fine on my old computer.
