the color layers have shifted during the playing of videos, mainly youtube. This started a couple of months ago. There is a green line on the bottom of the screen and a definite shift in the colors on everything.

I migrated to Win10, installing Firefox and restoring bookmarks from a json file. I subsequently spent some days reorganizing and editing the bookmarks but inadvertently deleted a large subfolder from these. Of the number of options to get that back I see there are 10 or so recent bookmark backups I can try restoring from. The folder I want exists in one of those, but I will also have lost many recent edits. Is there perhaps a way to view both bookmark trees side-by-side, or a way to restore bookmarks selectively or to a different location than the bookmark root?

(I know I can back up what I have now, restore an older version, manually copy out the missing folder, restore my new version and reinsert the lost data, but hoping for less work)

when updating to latest firefox browser, all my tabs are gone. "Restore tabs" is not appearing as an option.

1 - any troubleshooting tips? 2 - does this happen everytime when updating firefox?

I cannot hear anything from websites, YouTube for example when using FireFox. I have checked the Volume Mixer and there is sound except for FF tab

I can hear perfectly in other browsers so this problem only exists when using Firefox. I have tried all the suggested remedies with no success.

Any suggestions welcome

For example when i use google and type something in the search field and press enter, firefox freezes for 5-10 seconds.

Same problem on other websites when i type something in such search fields.

I allready tryed to repair and reinstall firefox, but the same problem again.

New to me Surface3 pro tablet. Have FF on my desktop, want it on the tablet and synced with the desktop. Download and install were fine up until i went to log in on the tablet. I mis spelled the email address and did not notice until the codes never arrived. I cant find a way to get FF to "forget" what i entered. I uninstalled hoping that would do it and deleted the FF old data file it saved on the screen, but no matter what i do it keeps coming back to the old misspelled entry and does not let me log out or change it. hi, I really trust Mozilla with my privacy needs. Are there any updates on digital wallets for e-commerce payments that I can use with the browser? The only way right now is for me to either use Apple or Chrome for my wallet, and i want to detach from those accounts!

I need to know where I can find the Content Process Limiting Setting in Firefox, it's gone, or is not where it is said to be located. This is the instruction I found. "uncheck the Use recommended performance settings checkbox to enable some hidden settings. One of those settings is the Content process limit setting, which can be set to a number between 1 and 8"

Its using up to much memory on my already slow processor.  

Please help me stop the extra processes.

Windows 11 updated to latest version, Firefox 118.0.2 64bit version.... My issue is when I view a website and try too highlight words the copy option isn't available, its there when I right click but it kind a faded out, Is there a setting I need to change or whatever? Thanks

I am having problems printing to a pdf in firefox 118.0.2 on macOS Sonoma.

• When I print a webpage, I do "Print using the system dialog"
• I then select "Open in Preview", and the webpage appears as a PDF in Preview
• However, if I then File>Save the PDF, it no longer prompts me for a folder location.
• Instead, it saves it to a folder called "printing.983.3".
• I don't know where this folder is located on my computer, because it doesn't show up in Finder.
• Note that all my downloads go my Downloads folder. But not these previewed documents.

Is this preview folder a firefox setting?

Hi, Hope you all are doing well. I recently checked my website [removed] on different browsers. Website is working fine with most of the browser, but when i checked it on Firefox i got an error in DevTools "Image corrupt or truncated". What does it mean? This is a category image and present on sidebar of website. But all other images are same, i mean with same size and format. Why exactly this image is creating an issue?

I thought I had all my search settings in firefox locked down to only use google for search and nothing else. But today it shared/looked at some data of what I was browsing and made a suggestion for a different medical search engine (that I did not ask for), so I have a serious privacy concern. Here's the screenshots... what am I missing???

Ever since I updated to macOS Sonoma on my M1 Macbook Pro, occasionally left click stops working and I can't interact with the page. I can navigate between tabs, scroll and right click on the page, but I can't click anything even at the settings page. I've tried refreshing browser and uninstalled all plugins, but it's the same. I have encountered some other people that have exact problem with macOS Sonoma.

This seems to be a recent issue. Normally, when I click a link for a map (such as "get directions" for a business,) the map will be rendered in Google Maps. This is good for my use, because I'm looking for Latitude/Longitude and distances, and this is easy in Google Maps. However, the maps now default to MapQuest. I'm not finding any setting in the browser to change that.

Can you help? This problem has sent me back to using Chrome.

I can't access my email in fastmail.us and I can not reach their support page either. I am running FF119.0.2 (64bit) on windows10. This problem started with the upgrade to this version. I can reach my email on my iPad and on MSFT Edge which leads to the conclusion that this problem is FF related.
