Hi Support team,

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Can you please explain/guide me how to find this code or the app I need to use.

I've been using firefox for last 15 years now to do my online banking with RBC. As of 2 weeks ago it has failed to open online banking on the RBC website. Google chrome however works. When speaking to RBC customer support they say it is a problem with firefox and will likely go away once firefox updates to a newer version.

Hope you can help with this issue since my browser of choice is firefox. Thanks

I am on a unstable internet connection and while trying to download a large file it gets often interrupted. By default Firefox deletes the .part file and I am forced to again download from zero. Is there a config that I could change so Firefox keeps .part files so I could continue resuming the interrupted download?

Every time I do a search for services "near me" (hospitals, hotels, etc.), Firefox is using an out-of-date five-year-old location. Very frustrating! How can I change this? Anyone's help is much appreciated - I just haven't been able to find a link to help me fix it!

I have started having with receiving the message "We can’t connect to the server at". This is really bad as I do a search and then can not reach the sight.

This morning, I decided to delete one of my youtube channels that is associated with the same email account. I followed the instructions, but now when I try to go to youtube (to get to my main channel), I get an error that says" Oops Something went wrong". Seems no matte what I do in firefox, I can not get back there. So far I have done the following: Cleared cashe temporary files, and history in firefox, checked for updates in firefox, signed out of my google account, and back in. Shut down my pc and back on. None of these have helped. I went searching and could find no help, other than trying to log into youtube from a different browswer. I did so, and I can get on youtube from another browser, but I want to use firefox. Please help, and when I say help, please give it to me in simple terms that I can understand. I am old school, and I don't understand a lot of the new ways things are done. FYI, I use windows 11.

I was re-installing my wife's computer and needed access to her passwords - so logged out of my firefox account and into hers on my computer to access them. I then logged back out and when her computer was re-installed, logged into firefox with her account on her computer.

Her account on her computer now contains all of my data, and none of mine. How do I fix this and recover her data?

im used to be able to open firefox and all tabs restore correctly, but as of right now this function dont seem to work, i've attempt to disable and re-enable function and it's unsuccessfully, i dont want to fresh install FF, but tried install FF Nightly and it's reopen tabs just fine. what's wrong with main versions?

would like to ask if you can add the ability to change an empty firefox page, e.g. give the ability to add a view or other graphics, such an option to customize the google chrome page has it.

Good thing firefox never adopted Manifestv3 for me it's the death of chromium and google chrome and edge. Firefox has the potential for a big comeback, don't screw it up

The tabs are crashing. I can't use Firefox. I'm witting this on my phone. I don't know what to do. I tried to remove all the files of Firefox, but I can't, I need permission. Try to reinstall Firefox, I get the same thing. Nothing works.

When I try to print one of the pages on our website, it takes a while for the preview to appear, and then it indicates that it is going to print 12,169 pages (see attachment... upper right corner). When I use Edge or Chrome, it indicates 3 pages. Why is this happening? I just started about a week or so ago. The page is: https://www.lathene.com/monthlyspecials.aspx

This is the only page on our website that this happens. We have had this same site for several years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I spoke with the hosting company and they indicated it was an issue with Firefox, since it is working properly in Edge and Chrome.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I am trying to print from my email. I use windows 10. two different computers, two different printers, same issue. If I try to print an itinerary or anything that contains an image it does not print the image and only parts of the text. If i do it in chrome or edge it works fine. I am attaching an example with an Strava email. The first two pages are from firefox. the second two are from chrome. Even if I scale down the size in firefox, the image of the map does not appear. I print from the small icon to print within the mail, as it should be done. I tried most of what i know, and this is a firefox issue. Can you please help? many thanks and regards jean

I changed computers and created a login to save bookmarks, it looked like this was accomplished but now on my new computer and after I login in Firefox it asks me to import but fire fox is not an option.

Not sure if its right topical, but when doing stuff online that include javascript, occasionaly when it will give the error 'Error: TypeError: WebGL2RenderingContext.texImage2D: Argument 9 can't be an ArrayBuffer or an ArrayBufferView larger than 2 GB (see JavaScript console for details)', is there a way to give it more or is it script specific? Cant find any help on the forums out there so hoping this will help

Hi Folks, I'm unable to connect to a device and my support folks are telling me that I must install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 in order to connect to the device.

I have no idea what my current version is but can you tell me how I can install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 for a short time so I can connect with my device?
