This issue only occurs for users using Firefox. When creating a document in our company's Google Drive environment there is a required Data Classification label that must be applied to documents and users are prompted with "To comply with policies, fill in missing fields.Fill in required fields." but when they click to apply the label the labels fail to load and they receive "Couldn't load labels. Try again." This only happens in Firefox, no other browser, but works in a Firefox private window. A fresh install of Firefox vs one that has add-ons or customization behaves the same. I'm sure it's just some setting that needs to be changed but we've been unable to figure out what tweak is needed.

I am trying to edit my bookmarks, deleting those no longer needed, etc. However, I now have several versions in my bookmark folders, an up to date one, an original one, and an in-between one. They seem to show up randomly. Why is this happening? If I delete or edit a bookmark, can't it stay edited or deleted?

This page loads the "feedback form" on other browsers. The questions do not show up when using firefox.

Hi. The other day Firefox was playing up so I refreshed it which sorted it all out. However today I find all my saved passwords have gone. On researching this I see they may be in an old Firefox data on the desktop. Checking this there is a directory there dated 22/12/2022 which is when I did the refresh. Brilliant! But when I go into about:profiles it doesn't give me the option to "launch profile in new browser" which is what I think I need to do. Any help very gratefully received. Thank you. John

So, migrating after more than 10 years in chrome I'm currently struggling with the function that completes a webpage while you type (it happens in some webpages, not all). For instance, if I start typing "www.itau", firefox doesn't fill with a known webpage (www.itau.cl). This behaviour is different for, say, typing "www.sa", in wich case firefox fills the missing letters to (www.santander.cl).

I've tryed to delete the suggestion "www.itau" from the address bar with shift + delete, but this isn't a webpage suggestion, so it does nothing.

When I use the import feature on the bookmarks bar Firefox doesn't detect the Chrome browser. I get the following message: "No programs that contain bookmarks, history or password data could be found."

Using Firefox v108 Win10.

When I do a search on eBay I get a search result page. Everything is fine.

The problem is, when I click on an item to get details, the address bar shows an exclamation mark on the lock icon. The message says, "Connection not secure. Parts of this page are not secure (like images)." It continues to say, your connection to this site is not private. Information you submit could be viewed y others (like passwords, messages, credit cards, etc.) "Your connection is not private and information you share with the site could be viewed by others."

No way am I using eBay like this. Date and time are good, cleared cache and restarted numerous times, rebooted modem/router couple times and ran cCleaner. The home page and search pages are ok. The problem is when I click on an item to get details.

Microsoft Edge works fine. I don't get the exclamation mark on the lock icon or the security message when using Edge. Called eBay and they said everything is ok but put in a work order... been months and never heard back from them. Comments/suggestions?

Unable to use "Select All" in Yahoo email. Unable to select single email to delete without opening. Unable to delete email once opened. Unable to use any buttons above the email to move it anywhere. Unable to delete Spam and Trash folders. Can see emails and get into them but cannot do anything with them once open. Cannot send emails or attach files to them prior to attempting to send.

In the last couple of days Mozilla started to use all my computer's memory. It is impossible to do something while Firefox is working, it's so slow and I don't know what do to exactly. (I tried changing performance option and the browser is also updated.)

Hi! In my setup Firefox tabs keeps crashing for about one week (not sure when it was really starting). In most cases, only one tab crashed and others contiune to work. Only sometimes a second tab crashes at the same time. I also tried the safe mode but the crashes continued to happen.

Whenever I hover over a link on most websites (such as Google), the cursor freezes (so it stays as a clicking hand even when not over a link) and after a few seconds, the tab becomes a crash error message (see attached).

I'ver tried reinstalling, restarting the PC, clearing all addons, cache, history, etc, and several other about:config changes recommended for similar issues online, to no avail.

Running with the latest version on Windows 10.

I don't know if this is a firefox or outlook problem, but I can no longer access outlook live (https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/) from my main screen. Blank page. Oddly enough though, I can access it by going to "private browsing." So I'm guessing there's a setting that's keeping outlook from loading, but I don't remember changing any settings recently, so I'm stumped. This has been happening for only the past 3 days.

Hello! Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. I wanted to get browser push notifications from Facebook, specifically Messenger, but it won't toggle on for some reason. When I refresh the page, it's still off. I've allowed Facebook.com permission to send notifications, cleared cookies and cache, and even uninstalling Firefox extensions, but no luck. Any help?

Yesterday 1-2-23 I lost my tabs. When I tried to restore them I followed the suggestions listed in "help". I clicked on the "menu" on the top right of my browser, found the "history" and selected it. The "restore" option did not appear. On my macbook pro 2012 os 10.13.6 I had 3 "desktop" selections. I had a browser window on each of the desktops that held multiple tabs. The third "desktop" was the "dashboard" which mostly had widgets. Somehow the browser window from one of the Desktops was applied to the dashboard and when I tried to remove it the result was that it closed and was removed from all desktops.

How can I find the sessions or tabs that were present on Jan 1 or before? I'm not that tech savy and would love to be able to speak with a real person that would be able to walk me through a solution if there is a solution.

when i download a pdf from Chase.com it automatically assigns a password to it even though i never asked it to do this. . chase says they do not attach a pswd to their statements. however, when downloaded by firefox there is some type of password in it. i can read it, but cannot edit it. i have tried using different pdf editors ,Foxit or adobe. it always asks for the psword yet i never assigned one to it and i dont want to. chase support says it is my browser security. please help

The title pretty much sums it up. I even tried drastic measures such as logging out then completely uninstalling Firefox and removing any leftover data on both platforms. After reinstalling and connecting to the Firefox account they will sync with previous data but any new data I add on Windows won't show up on Android and vice versa. I also obviously tried forcing a sync manually... I really wish I didn't have to switch to another password manager any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I am using the latest Firefox build 108.0.1 ((64-bit) and every time I attempt using Google Meet my camera always flickers when I am in bright light. I am on Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 and my laptop built-in camera is a BisonCam NB Pro with driver version 10.0.19041.1741 from Microsoft. When I use the built-in Camera application it works fine. When I use Microsoft Edge it works fine. But when I use Firefox the camera flickers on Google Meet. I have tried turning on camera acceleration in Firefox but it still flickers. If my ambient room light is low the camera doesn't flicker but that is of no use since the image is very dim and not worth using for conference mode. When I turn on the lights the camera flickers. I t appears like firefox cannot handle the bright light. Strange but when I am using Microsoft Edge (the latest version) the camera works fine even in bright light.

So I am wondering i this is a bug in Firefox or perhaps the built-in camera features are outdated. Using Microsoft Edge with the camera on Google Meet or any other webcam platform and it is PERFECT! The light balance is excellent even in bright light. So why does this happen only in Firefox? I have tried restarting Firefox in troubleshooting mode which disables all plugins and extensions but Firefox still does not work properly with my built-in BisonPro webcam in Google Meet and I get all this annoying flickering in different colors.

My graphics driver is the latest and using Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver from Intel.

I've even tried switching off my Kaspersky antivirus but the camera still flickers with firefox.

So please help or maybe Firefox needs to be fixed or updated?

I've been having issues viewing many random webpages this past month using firefox. They all work fine use both Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera browsers.

I'm using the Firefox portable edition from https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable and been playing with my profile to rule out extensions. I'm not running windows 10 without and 3rd party security software.

I wish I took note of all the broken websites instead of just using a different browser but here is the latest page that doesn't work even using the latest firefox portable edition without even importing my profile & extensions:

Not sure if it's related to the portable edition or official build but will try the official installer next and report back.

Hi. After recent update I started to see issue where blue/white border is present when clicking web site elements. Ususally this kind of border is present if you select elements via keybaord but in this case it's present when clicking elements with mouse. It usually stop doing this if I close and reopen FF but not for long. Example is in posted screenshot. I have not altered my settings in any way.
