Just now, as I was in the middle of something, Firefox popped up a usage tip about tabs. I find this disruptive. Is there a way to turn these off? If I want to know how to do something, I'll look in the help.

It's fine when you create a new feature to display a tab when I first launch after an upgrade, or to have the Help menu show a Latest Features item, but please don't interrupt my work with pop-ups.

For the moment, I don't see anything in Preferences about this. Is there an about:config setting I can add to suppress this feature?

I really like the new Firefox View, but I'd love to be able to get to the view with a keyboard command. I tried treating like the first tab (Cmd+1), but that doesn't work, nor does Cmd+0. Hovering over it doesn't reveal a keyboard shortcut. It doesn't appear on any of the menus, so I'm at a loss as to how to assign a custom control.

How can I print from Gmail? I keep getting a message saying ' disable popup blocker " I don't have one. I can print from Chrome but I only use Firefox. Please help.

Mozilla opens a random page without me doing anything. Page doesnt download all the way because i think ether avast or windows firewall blocks it. Has anyone found a solution to stop this from happening. I have done a deep scan incase of a malware and avast found nothing.

I'm just reinstall my windows 8. But, i don't know why the firefox appearance are weird and difficult to used because of the appearance. What should i do? Nb: It looks normal on "troubleshoot mode".

My friend has been having issues with her account after getting a new PC. She is looking for a Mozilla support phone number or email, and has asked me to post on the forum. We've been through the self help portal and looked around all over the contact page. Any pointers are appreciated.

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... is there someone who can answer a simple question that I know other people are having? Why is it impossible to print an article from the internet? When I hit print, "print preview" comes on and the little spinning doohickie just goes round and round. Is there no one who can tell us how to stop this and print a simple article? It's like Biden, it just spins and spins and does nothing.

i mean, i hate proprietary data mining browsers like edge or chrome but what good is a browser if it doesn't even respect dns settings

I was trying to save a pdf to my computer. Can't find a way in the ff fillable pdfs. Directions I found say to click on file link (Apply Button), but I can't find any button like that. I can't find any descriptions of the buttons, either. Some buttons don't have a pop up that says what they do when you point at them.

Hello There, I would like to know how to increase the font size in the firefox browser where we type in the address (e.g www.mozilla.org)

Attaching a screenshot which clearly shows the address bar displayed in a very small font. Can you please tell me how to increase the size.
