I refreshed firefox and while refreshed it was saying browser history etc were backed up but when my tabs were restored my browser history and passwords were not appearing anymore.

Firefox just "updated" itself for me and I lost almost all of my bookmarks. In addition, I lost the quick access bar that on the previous version had saved the bookmarks that I most frequently used. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE "UPDATE". YOU JUST MADE MY LIFE HARDER!!!

Firefox updated a couple of weeks ago and for some reason the mail.com icon disappeared and I couldnt open it. I turned off the app and then resatored it and the icon is back but it has a little cross on it and wont open my e mails automatically ,I have to sign in every time and it dousent show a no when I have new e mails. It was fine before the update.How do I get it back? I only need the e mail notification not calender etc, I can see that when Im logged on. Hope you can asssist, Thank you, Geoff Andrews.

Firefox just stropped working for me. Would be unable to load any pages after 5-10 minutes until I restarted the browser. No other troubleshooting worked so I had to refresh firefox and now my firefox private network add on is gone. All my other add ons are still there but I can't re-download private network without paying a subscription, even though I have had it installed for years. How do I access that add on? I don't understand why I would need to pay for something I already had and only lost becasue firefox malfunctioned.

Hi i am a big fan of Mozilla Firefox. For the past few months when ever i try to browse Twitter social media.Its keep crashing .Saying Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has recovered.Display Driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel mode Driver, version 391.35 stopped responding and successfully recovered .Error .I had to use task manager to stop the crashed Firefox.Its happening frequently. Please help me sort out the issue.But its working good when i try it on the troubleshoot mode from help.

I was using Ubuntu before. I was using firefox and i had lots of recorded logins in that browser. I sign in with my current account and i opened sync including the password and login. Recently i changed my distro, i am using Fedora right now. I log in my firefox account, yet my passwords and logins didn't came back.

No idea who is gonna respond on this but hope someone can help..

i know the trick were u bookpark and make the shotcut but do i really need to do that with every god damn website

Every other day I get a notice to update and restart and all it does is "download" or so it shows, sunts down never restarts. When I restart the browser it is the exact same version. Itis constantly ging no where. Any thoughts.............

Don't mean to complain about such a trivial thing, but on macOS the new icon for Firefox as of 106 just doesn't look right. It was PERFECT before this. Yes, I know I can copy and paste the old one into the new and it's problem solved, but figured I'd post here to see what everyone else thinks. Again, it's not the end of the world, but it just doesn't look right.

I tried contacting Mozilla Customer Service, but there is absolutely no way to do it. You customer service leaves much to be desired.

You updated your unstable system. It did the update, but now my saved passwords are missing. If your system deletes the passwords, what kind of safety do users of Firefox are guarantee? If this issue is not resolved, I will leave and delete your browser NEVER to use it again. In addition, I created a Firefox account long time ago to supposedly have my passwords secure. At this point all the passwords are missing. What security is your system providing?

I have Firefox 106.0.1 SNAP install on Ubuntu Mate 22.04. The default language is Spanish, I added English and Italian dictionaries. When I write I'd like to choose among the three languages for automatic correction, but Firefox only shows Italian and English. Why? How can i fix it?

ok so i need to get into my google account but google have to real contact option just like firefox dont have a real contact option but i will try this option.

can someone tell me when 6 years of using firefox all of asudden i dont exist and all of a sudden i cant sync my passwords.

Secure Connection Failed message when I try to go to known sites and when I access them in Chrome I have no issues I have already done the refresh and still have the issue. I doubt that this is an issue with the website I am trying to access. If you can't help me get this resolved it may be time to end my long time as a Firefox fan.

Firefox not registering the "SUBMIT" button at bottom of the page to "submit" an application for student loan partial debt relief. Click on it and it never submits, even though the form is completed and no omissions are noted. Instantly works just fine on CHROME. My peers noted same issue. Changing back to Chrome due to this. Site is https://studentaid.gov/debt-relief/application

Whenever I increase the zoom level above 100%, the level indication in the search box/bar is not aligned properly, i.e. not centered in the box -see attached screenshot.

I know it is not really essential, but it disturbs me to see the misalignment, so is there anything i can do to adjust this.

I use Linux Mint 21 but have also seen the same behavior in Windows 10.
