I have three email accounts thru (comcast, gmail and outlook). I have each of these email accounts bookmarked on my Firefox page. It used to be all I had to do was click on the bookmarked tab and the email account opened immediately. But, lately, each of these three accounts requires a sign-in before it will open my email account. One even requires a two-step process requiring I list a different email to receive a code to open the current email account I'm trying to open. This is a recent occurence and I wondered if it was something Firefox included in their more recent version of Firefox? If so, please tell me how to get rid of this sign-in process! I have many security processes to protect my accounts and do not need this additional required sign-in process! Please tell me how I can get rid of this requirement. It is a pain to have to re-sign-in each time I try to access my email which I do several times a day. Thank you for any help you can give me to fix this problem. Barbara Thomas

I am having to download Foxfire Developer Edition for a course that I am taking, but I am unable to figure out to go this. There is not enough information on the internet to get this done. I have watched videos on YouTube, but they are not helpful. I am new to this and would like some guidance in the matter. I got a new PC and tried to import my Firefox bookmarks. But on the right side menu when you click bookmarks, it only show recent ones which actually aren't recent at all. How do you get that selection to show all of the bookmarks instead of recent?

Also I'm still getting a prompt underneath the address box to manage bookmarks and I can't get rid of it. How do I clear that out?

I found this file on my desktop. File type is Firefox HTML Document. Size 1KB. I've never noticed this before and wonder it I should delete it, move it, or what. Anything to worry about? I haven't opened it.

The way to opt out is to go on the following website and opt out. However, only 3 out of the 51 companies could opt out on Firefox. It claims that the browser setting is prevent it from opting out. https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1

I read a SmartBlock explanation, but it was quite unclear. Seems to be tying SmartBlock to Facebook. I do not use Facebook. Why is logging in with Facebook required for SmartBlock to work on sites that are unrelated to Facebook? Very unclear.

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. I submitted a question earlier about not being able to use DocuSign. jonzn4SUSE was very quick with a response that worked perfectly. However, when I tried to mark it solved, I got the following error message. In addition, I didn't know where to find my original question so I could thank Jon and mark the issue closed. Where should I have looked for it?

Microsoft seems to have cut Firefox out for video chats. This is a recent change. Their message is that video is not supported by my browser (Firefox)

When I try to save a page as a link, the space for the URL is filled with 'VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV'! How do I fix this? I can't take a screenshot because it disappears when I switch to cut & snip or 'save screen'.

Using Firefox, my gmail inbox is my home page - and has been for several years. As of yesterday, the page opens but the page is blank. I am not aware of any changes that I have made.

I do not have this problem using chrome on the same device or firefox on other devices.

Probably something simple, but I have no idea what.

Firefox just introduced a cool feature that lets us set custom wallpapers on the home screen—love it! But whenever I try using pictures from my personal library, they don’t fit properly and end up getting cropped. Resizing doesn’t help either, since making the image smaller just ruins the quality.

So, is there a specific format I should be using? Like, does it need to be JPEG only, or will any file type work? And if any format is fine, what’s the ideal one for the best results? I couldn’t find anything in the settings or help pages about this.
