Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

Over the past few days (Oct. 18, 2024) the green Download button has been missing. When can we look forward to the fix? Have uninstalled & reinstalled twice. Thanks.

Every time I wake my computer up or start it, I get the attached error about a profile not being compatible. I did switch to the ESR release channel a while back, but I deleted the old profiles; the folder is gone and the profile manager shows only the ESR profile. I have also tried to prevent firefox from starting on startup, but it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to prevent this error from happening, or have any ideas of how to investigate what's going on further?

I have been unable to sign in to google accounts on 3rd party websites for a while now. I'm using firefox develloper edition. i do not have this issue with normal firefox

every time i try to sign in i get redirected to https://support.google.com/accounts/a.../32050?hl=en

Heres some of the things i tried:

• Clear cache and cookies
• "repair" Firefox from the uninstaller
• Reinstall Firefox

To be honest it is quite a bit annoying and i cannot find a solution thanks in advance for any help

I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund but I already deleted my account. I read all the directions but can't find the links to make this all happen. I would appreciate some help. Than you,

When I try to log into sync with firefox, I get asked for an email code rather than the 2fa totp token I normally use. When I use the code I've been emailed I get an error that says "Bad Request". I can't log in on either of my computers. I've attached the error.

I submitted this as a bug report but I will also submit this here to see if anyone has any information or a solution.

After resetting my password, none of my sync data from before the install is there. Only the sync data from my laptop, but even on my laptop it no longer lists my old computer, it is as if my PC from before the new OS has simply been deleted from the sync logs. In fact, my sync logs only go back to the moment I changed my password. I am not sure how to proceed as it appears that there aren't even any traces of my sync from before this point.

It would be nice if I could get the old tabs I had open on my desktop before I changed my OS, but it's not exactly a "world ending" situation.

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! I am trying to convert from Chrome to Firefox. Everything is going well with my main account, but on my school account, I can't receive emails from out of my school district. Is there any way that I can make an account without email verification?

I received an email at an email account I don't use for my Mozilla Firefox, thus why seems suspicious and strange to me. So I researched it here and saw the answer to another persons same question. I did go and check, I am logged in. Firefox is my primary and I use it constantly. Also on my phone and tablet, same account. As I write this, I have about 15 tabs open and active. The email associated to my account is not the same as the one I got this email at. The email I got it in, I use for solicitation, signing up for things and things I don't trust. I recently updated to Firefox 131.0.3, having signed out of my Firefox/Mozilla account. Now I am trying to sign back in. After a seemingly successful sign-in (with email and pw, followed by "authorization code"), I'm taken to my account page. Scrolling down to Connected Services, I can see a recognizable account name (my Windows 11 user name and the name I've assigned to my computer). But looking up at the account button at the top right of Firefox, I see a small yellow triangle. Clicking on the button, I'm told "Account disconnected." (Remember, I'm currently looking at my account page, which says I'm connected.)

So I try to log in again. I give email address and password, and authorization code, and I'm in again. Now I see an addtional account connected, "Firefox 131, Windows 10" (remember, I'm using Windows 11).

So looking up again to the upper right at the account button, I see the yellow triangle, and clicking tells me once more that I'm disconnected, even though I have my account page open in front of me.

All of this, of course, prevents me from having access to the sync function. I've been through this circle several times with the same strange results.

Anyone have any idea what' going on.

How do I change the google account that Firefox visits first? Context: I have my work email set up for sync, but whenever I go to any google specific site or tool (Calendar, gmail, docs, etc.) it defaults to my personal account instead of my work account.

I received an email saying that I had to sign in in order to keep my account. I did not click on the link provided since I thought it might be a scam. Was this a valid email? If so, is signing in now meet the requirement to keep my account?

Hiya! The email I used to make this account is my work email, since I only use this account when I'm at my job so I can have my necessary bookmarks at all times. We recently updated our emails at work to have a different address, so its now it's different. I can't change this manually, so here I am. The current email this account is listed under now will be deleted in about two years time, so I'd like to get ahead of that.
