Hello there, I use Firefox on Linux and on my Iphone. On the Iphone, when I type in asomething in the search bar, on the bottom of the app I can select with one click, which search engine to use. On firefox desktop, this needs more clicks and I would find it helpful, to have the engines shown next to the text and be reachable with one click. Thank you for this great browser!

Hello, for some time now I've been experiencing a number of problems with the latest Firefox updates.

Today I have version 152.0 (64-bit), which was updated again this morning. I restarted my mid-2015 MacBook Pro Retina. I have fiber optic internet, which is very high speed.

I've been using Firefox for over two years.

1) For the past eight days, I've been experiencing many problems with Google Meet; I get freezes, audio and video dropouts...

2) For the past three days, I haven't been able to log in to this website: https://creators.spotify.com/pod/login

3) For about ten days, I've been having trouble logging into my Stripe dashboard, with significant slowness and/or crashes.

4) In Notion, I'm also experiencing significant slowness, with pages taking a long time to load.

In short, several problems that I didn't have at all a month ago or before.

But now it's a nightmare.

I don't have any of these problems in Safari or Google Chrome.

So what's going on in Firefox?

Why is it such a hassle?

Hi,Sorry to post this again,But I have spent over 4 hours trying every thing I can to correct it Since the last update,It totally Changed all my settings I managed to correct them,all BUT one & even though I have tried & Tried,I cannot remove SEARCH BAR on Toolbar Menu I have Been Through all Firefox Settings But Nothing Works & I have even removed all extensions,but NOTHING WORKS It was never on it before until the Update & it is a total Nuisance plesaea assist Thank you Darryl

Vertical tabs are a good idea. However to make a transition smoother special for those, like me, that have been using horizontal tabs for a life time (I was a Netscape user), can I suggest that the new tabs come on top instead of on bottom?

I could write a long motivation for that, user trend, psychological, etc, but I am sure you got the point.

We have an asp.net Blazor SPA (server side Blazor) that dynamically generates components within the page. Over time, there is a very large RAM leak under document-shared that climbs until the windows are closed.

We have tried various firefox configurations to try and either disable this shared storage as well as limit but with no luck. THe memory allocation is in GB of RAM space and cannot be limited or reduced until the window itself is closed/restarted.

Research online indicates this can happen due to colocated stylesheets and how firefox wants to cache styles aggressively. Adjustments to move stylesheets does not appear to help.

What configurations can I use to help prevent/reduce this high RAM usage? This does not occur in Chrome or Edge, I cannot replicate this well under FireFox for Windows.

My browser started crashing after the latest update, and it still crashes even in Safe Mode. It doesn’t close immediately upon opening; instead, it shuts down suddenly after about one minute or longer. This issue never occurred before and only started appearing after the recent update. My system is Windows 11, with the following detailed information: Edition: Windows 11 Pro Version: 23H2 Install date: September 17, 2023 OS build: 22631.5624 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1106.0

Can the quantity of tabs ever get so large that finally one more tab wont open? What are the max count of tabs recommended, and when should they be removed to start over?

When will the drag-and-drop link-to-open-new-tab feature be restored? Previous versions had this feature, which was very convenient, especially when wanting to open multiple tabs at once. Now it can only be done through the right-click menu, which is very user-unfriendly. I raised this issue a long time ago and never received a response. I hope this feature can be restored as soon as possible; otherwise, I will switch to Chrome.

Good day everybody, I am new to Firefox. I have MacBookAir 11. I added the Ecosia extension since it's my main search engine. I noticed there aren't ads popping up for Ecosia. That is how Ecosia makes money for it's sustainability projects, so, as nice as it is to not see ads, I would like them to show up for my Ecosia searches. I understand you can make an Enhanced Tracking Protection exception (and I did), but where can I find a place to make exceptions for whatever AdBlock software came already integrated to Firefox? Why i need every time i restart the firefox esr accept the cudy.net certificate? Look the picture.

Is there a way to add it as exclude this certificate and NOT ask me every time i restart the firefox esr to accept this certificate?

In this version of Firefox 152 for windows I'm currently unable to remove search related to google, ebay, perplexity and bing.

Please return possibility to remove those completely!

I don't want my browser to have anything to do with those listed above. I have had it removed in previous versions. Why did you add it to browser again?! Why don't you allow to remove it anymore?!
