I have used FireFox for Years and I have ALWAYS been able to have the Kaspersky Add on in it. Now, I need some kind of Signed statement?? This browser has never had that problem before. I cannot (read: will not) use FireFox without Kaspersky incorporated into in.

How do I get this statement (or whatever it is I need) to reinstall the Kaspersky Addon. Am I supposed to contact them for it and have them send it to you or what. This used to be automatic and I am sure there are a lot of other people not happy about this. Your beginning to behave like Chrome. They did the same thing a few years ago, cut out a lot of addons and such and wouldn't do anything to help people get them back. But at least they support Kaspersky. Why not you guys, all of a sudden??

Yes, I am VERY upset. I had to set up another account because I could not log into my Original account. I asked it to send my password, NO RESPONSE, I asked to send my user name, NO RESPONSE; in total three emails not received to try access my account.

FireFox updated to version 43.0.1 a little while ago and its all gone kaflewy (I'm trying very hard to stay polite). So what happens now??

I just noticed below that Kaspersky is not even in my installed plugins list.

So, I uninstalled Firefox and then installed it, again, but it didn't help. That selection was still gone. I've always used this feature, and now I am very concerned. What happened? How can I get this feature back?

Recently I've noticed that I can no longer attach documents over ~500kb to my outlook (OWA) emails using mozilla firefox. When I attach smaller documents it works fine, but with bigger documents; I click "attach", select my file, and it appears on the email with a spinning wheel, but this doesn't change for several (>10) mins and then it says its failed to attach (or I give up and remove it). I've tried on Internet Explorer 11 and it works fine, so its not just an issue with OWA. I've also tried opening firefox in safe mode, but that didn't help.

I was writing a web email in my native language and the spellchecker was English only. It was easy to click "Add dictionaries" but it took me to "Dictionaries & Language Packs". I had no idea what's the difference. Eventually I figured out that

 "Language packs provide additional languages for the interface of Firefox."

and I guess "Dictionary" is what I wanted but it would be nice if this explanation could be added to that original page (i.e. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/ )

Firefox crashes 43.0.x

Starting with version 43.0.0 Firefox started to crash on my machine. With 43.0.0 it happend a few times, but with 43.0.1 it crashes just after startup. I try to send a cr… (tuilleadh eolais)

Starting with version 43.0.0 Firefox started to crash on my machine. With 43.0.0 it happend a few times, but with 43.0.1 it crashes just after startup. I try to send a crash report every time it happens but it says there was a problem sending it. In the submit log it says "Crash report submission failure: Could not establish connection to the server". Because of this I do not have a directory of sumitted crash reports, only one with pending reports.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox twice, reset Firefox so no plugins or addons are installed but it still crashes shortly after startup. Even when it is open long enough for me to exit Firefox it crashes on exit.

I can include a few report ids but as they have not been sent I don't know how much good they will be: ea4782b8-f222-46f3-95a3-620a8b783844, 4cf5165b-3ad4-49c1-8615-6c2665799791, 7ac58778-bc59-44c3-8579-ba4be962a5a8. I do have the .dmp and .extra files for these crashes.

I am running Windows XP.

But now in the latest one, even though I have many add-ons on my toolbar there are none listed under my 'extensions' and the one I want to remove is not under 'plug-ins'. I tried removing it from my toolbar, but that did not remove the add-on. How do I remove an add-on when that add-on is not listed anywhere.

Had to shut down.' 2] Pages like weather Channel, Yahoo Mail were at first blank except the background, now they load but slower than before. 3] with several or more tabs open in private windows, I start playing YouTube videos. They seem to play fine for a good while, Pausing and searching the videos, and then Firefox disappears and crashes. How do i keep Foxfire from blocking my Yahoo toolbar. I've reinstalled it SEVERAL times, but it keeps blocking it as soon as i close Foxfire. I've tried all the options listed in the other questions and answers but they don't solve the problem. Every time i download the Yahoo toolbar, Foxfire blocks it ~~~ and it won't allow me to unblock it. I'm using Foxfire because Yahoo forced me to convert to it about a year ago, my only reason for being with Foxfire is because it support Yahoo. I'm not sure it this is the problem, but i'm still using WindowsXP and have no intention of switching to 7 and above --- there are too many problems with them.

(I disabled adblock to see if it was stopping the image verification to pop up, but it still didn't work) I link gifs from me trying to solve a captcha on firefox and internet explorer on the same computer.
