There's also no way to add an exception? Just completely broken at the moment. I have to disable OCSP stapling to get it to work at all, which is less then ideal.

Currently using 125.0.3 (64-bit). I checked for newer versions of firefox and it's not saying anything. Chrome and Edge work fine. Encountered this on an android tablet with firefox, and went to desktop and hit the same thing.

I haven't been able to login with MFA on my uni website and also make purchases using credit cards on commercial sites.

I have tried Troubleshooting mode and the problem persists. Switching to Opera browser showed normal functionality.

Firefox 125.0.3 (64-bit) on macOS 14.4

It appeared a few weeks ago. Now, when I load google map webpage, the map loads normally with all the street, country, road names, then 1 second later, all those texts disappear. I've disabled all Plugins, delete cache, load a brand new profile, without effects. Note that if I use a user agent switcher plugin and choose any Mobile versions (but not a desktop version), the names load (and stay) normally.

I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox when attempting to visit the website https://proroofingcontractorgreenville.com/. The website won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a technical glitch, incompatibility with certain browsers, or anything the browser may be obstructing.

Has anyone else had this problem or has advice on how to fix it? I've tried removing extensions and cleaning the cache on my browser, but the issue still exists.

Any advice or tips on how to navigate the website more easily would be much valued. I'm grateful for your support in advance.

A few days ago I started having an issue where Youtube videos 1440p and up would frequently skip ahead, stutter or freeze and play audio only. They also stopped loading as quickly as they had before. This issue only happens in Firefox as when I watch Youtube on Chrome everything is fine. I've tried disabling extensions to no effect. Is this a known issue or does anyone have suggestions?

Since Firefox update to 126.0 yesterday, any video I try to view from the Eurosport website has lost about the top third of the video. Prior to the update, I didn't have this problem with viewing the videos in Firefox, and if I access the website and videos using the MS Edge browser, the videos display correctly. I can’t seem to open any Word files in Firefox. Doesn’t matter if it’s a new file or an old one, it just won’t open. What’s weird is that it takes me to a OneDrive page saying the file doesn’t exist or isn’t available. But when I switch to Google Chrome, everything works fine.

I'm a university student using a website called canvas to access my uni information and work. Today, whenever I would open a module, the page wouldn't load, meaning that I couldn't access that information at all (refreshing, restarting, and completely turning off my computer did not help). I can access these pages when I checked with microsoft edge, similarly I could access these pages when I accessed them with my laptop (also using Mozilla). The main difference between my pc and laptop is that I had just, today, updated my PC to the latest windows update (2024-05 cumulative update for windows 11 version 23H2 for x64-based systems). I'm not entirely sure if it's a Mozilla problem, but im guessing that something funky is happening to my browser with the latest windows update. I have attached pictures to show whats happening / not happening .

I read books using Amazon Kindle's cloud log in. After installing Firefox 126, I am no longer able to open books on my last page, I cannot turn pages or even open my notes. I tried using Kindle cloud on other browsers and everything works fine.

Any idea why my Kindle cloud functions are not working on Firefox?

I've experienced a problem with Firefox on the Metacritic-Website. As you can see on the attached picture on the left, it's not possible to set a filter for "release date". There's no problem when I use Chrome (see picture on the right). The problem still persists when I start Firefox in safe-mode, so it's not related to an extension. I could replicate the problem on another system as well. Firefox on iOS has no problem setting the filter however. Do you know what the problem could be?

My API URL is giving me CORS Error in Mozilla Firefox, but in other browser there is no error. I have tried many methods like changing the about:config but it didn't make any difference. Its been days I am facing this issue. Kindly help. Thanks in Advance.

I tried to download a copy of my personal website, Firefox says it has an invalid certificate because https was personally added. Website is with Bowker Identifiers. No problem opening at Bowker. Firefox would accept no form of the URL as being valid.

So then I signed into Mozilla to complain using my gmail account. It appears it is assumed I am opening a new Mozilla account because when I went to add a second email address for security purposes, it says the account already exists - it does! That was the account I accessed using Google to sign in!

Now I will not renew my authorhomepage website because if I cannot access it from my own account with Firefox, who can? Who accesses it regardless of the browser they are using? Very annoying because I will have lost a lot. Can you close out a user from accessing their own online stuff? Do I now have two Firefox account because I updated information?

I am a developer and i am using one div in which i have content and images in that i dont want to fetch them in reader mode.

SSIA for the most part. I am running firefox 124.0.1 on my macbook air and, only from certain senders, does the formatting look different from others - the font is different, and I can't highlight or click links. Almost seems like a picture instead of text - I can even click in the general area and it'll copy/paste it in Word like a picture.

Any suggestions?

I have encountered a recurring issue specifically with Firefox where SVG images fail to display unless a pixel-defined height attribute is explicitly set. This behavior contrasts with other browsers, which handle SVG scaling seamlessly, typically adapting to the specified width or inheriting dimensions from parent elements.

During our website development, primarily through Elementor and leveraging Flexbox in a WordPress environment, this discrepancy becomes evident. The issue persists exclusively in Firefox, confirmed through extensive testing across various browsers and OS's with multiple SVG files and sites.

For diagnostic purposes, I recommend conducting controlled tests with SVG images embedded with our current setup. Set the SVGs to 100% width without defining their height and observe how they render in Firefox compared to other browsers. This should help ascertain whether the behavior in Firefox is anomalous.

I am assuming it may be with the way the markup of the SVG is rendered as it doesn't happen with all SVGs, however, other browsers appear to fix or override whatever is getting in the way from rendering...it is a strange issue.

I have included two images as an example. As you can see in the first image, the SVG isn't rendering (in Firefox) , but does render in Chrome/Safari. It only works when I define a height in px value on Firefox.

Please let me know if further information is required or if any specific steps need to be undertaken to address this issue.
