Firefox updated last night while my headphones were plugged in. Now I cannot get website audio through the headphones in Firefox. None of the solutions from help forums have worked. Audio settings seem fine and headphones work on other browsers.

Recently, a PDF file/form I have used for several years won't accept keyboard inputs within certain boxes/fields. The PDF is an odometer statement from the Michigan Secretary of State. I am able to complete all fields except for the 6 separate odometer boxes. I can move the cursor to each box but when I go to type a number, nothing shows up. I have used Firefox in the past while completing this PDF form without any problems. I have tried filling in the odometer boxes using various versions of Windows (7, 8.1, and 10) and various versions of Firefox (126, 115, and 109), but none of them will allow me to enter the numbers. As a test, I downloaded Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, and both of those browsers allowed me to fill in the odometer boxes. I've included a link to the PDF form. Whenever I try going on to a multiplayer (e.g. .io) game website it will not let me access its server. The website itself works fine and I can access it but as soon as I press play or anything else it just says 'disconnected' or 'trying to reconnect to server'. please see if you can fix this as I couldn't find anything to resolve this problem do anything.

This morning my Linux Mint PC notified me via Update Manager that an update to FF version 126 was available. I ran the update and it completed with no problems. I use FF as a Flatpak. When I checked the FF version in FF Help>About FF it still showed version 125.0.3 even after restarting FF and the PC. I checked the Synaptic Package Manager on my PC and it shows that my current FF version is 126. The Software Manager shows the current version is 125.0.3. Why is FF still showing the previous version after I ran the update for 126? I'm concerned that I might have a compromised FF even though I updated it via Linux Mint Update Manager like I always do for any program updates. Thank you, Colin

Running Firefox 126.0, which Firefox' About link says is current. Dell laptop running (current) Win10 Pro.

As recently as last Wednesday (15 May 24), everything was normal. Since yesterday (16 May), on the Wall Street Journal site, after I have logged in, I no longer have access to articles' comment threads. The Show Conversation button shows 0 comments (which is erroneous), and when I click the button, it changes to Hide Conversation (which is normal), but nothing else happens--just white space and no comments or comment text entry field.

On Fox News, the comment thread doesn't display, and there's not even displayed a link to a comment thread. Until yesterday, the thread normally displayed, but required login to comment. Since yesterday, logging in changes nothing: the comment thread still doesn't display at all.

On X (nee Twitter), when I click the login icon, I get the usual login box--but it's solid black with only a rotating arrow signifying "loading." It never finishes loading. An added fillip: X, as recently as last Wednesday, displayed in its usual black text on a white background. Now it displays as white text on a black background. I can click on X links sent to me and get that particular X post to display, but I cannot log in.

When I go to those sites in Edge, everything behaves normally: I have access to comment threads, and I can log in to X. One exception: X displays as white text on a black background on Edge, also. This doesn't seem to be an X thing, though; on my wife's laptop (Firefox 126.0), running WIn11Pro, her X display is the "normal" black text on white background.

I haven't changed any settings in Firefox. I do have a couple of ad blockers, and I've turned those off, one at a time and both together; that had no effect.

How can I get things back to normal in Firefox?

FIREFOX won't print whole day of my google calendar - now it just prints when I get to the computer and print out the day - but then it skips the morning or night - BUT I can go to Chrome and it will print from 6am to 12midnight .... PLEASE get this fixed - such a pain to log in to another calendar/browser ETC all the time

I use the Kindle Cloud Reader (https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library) to access and read ebooks in my Amazon Kindle library. Since the latest Firefox update something is preventing my ebooks from opening correctly. The ebooks open, but only a single page appears and none of the navigation controls load.

Amazon support suggested trying a different browser. I loaded the Edge browser and had no problems opening my ebooks. I prefer to use the Firefox browser so I hope you can fix this issue.

How do I delete all traces of FireFox. I did the "remove program" but when I reinstall it is remembering that I once had Firefox installed so that tells me it has NOT fully removed all traces of Firefox. So please tell me how to remove everything. I keep getting errors that I don't get when I use other browsers, so there is some sort of issue with Firefox so I absolutely need to remove EVERYTHING. There must be some hidden files that the uninstall program is NOT finding. I need all profiles, files, bookmarks etc GONE!!!!! so I can do a new install. PS The REFRESH did not fix my issues so please don't offer that as a potential solution.

After loading the pop-up blocker extension I cannot access many links inmy email. Suggestions?

Tried uninstalling, selected to not include previous settings and reinstalled. Still having a problem.

Possible conflict with my firewall? How do I uninstall pop-up blocker?

I'm considering switching to Firefox for my primary browser BUT once I log in to AOL to check my mail, the print is tiny and cut off top and bottom of each letter. This is not a new problem, but I'm using Firefox more now and still have to use another browser OR another device to read my email. I am attaching a screen capture of what it looks like.

I Can no longer have a direct access to my SFR mailbox and my Gmail. I must reauthentify myself each Time ID and password. I called SFR technical services, they told me they couldn't do anything. Firefox is an old browser, I should try to log myself with edge or chrome. How Can I continue have a direct access to my mail boxes with firefox?

My Mozilla Firefox Web developer tool keeps autonomously toggling on/off in any Firefox window/tab..

Its as-if I'm repeatedly hitting Ctrl-Shft-I (which brings up the web developer tool in the bottom 1/4 of the browser).

I've checked all Setting, turned off all hardware acceleration as suggested for similar flickering problem (which wasn't on anyway).

I use Norton 360 Security Software but have Norton Safe Web disabled. The only active Extensions are Firefox Multi-Container and Firefox Sideview.

Its not doing it at the moment, but I'm not sure exactly what triggers it and expect it to happen again.

Last time it happened I was browsing Amazon. Hitting Ctrl-Shift-I only makes is turn off until start scrolling again, etc.

I don't think its virus related, because I use Norton 360, and Task manager "Performance Tab" show the computer is generally very mellow.

Please help, as I love Firefox, but this problem can drive one crazy.

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! Video is stuttering with latest update. This just started today, Ma7 17, 2024. I went to a different browser to confirm that it is firefox. This confirmed the issue. I checked the settings and I have selected everything as indicated in the help files. I tried turning off enhanced tracking function and I selected allow video and audio auto play. It still happens
