While typing in an email, I can not delete or backspace a single letter. When I delete one letter, the whole line disappear. I am using Window 7 and latest Firefox.

After 3. it's all been down hill. Have not 3.6.8 and did not download 3.6.7 . Do I need to install 3.6.5 and 3.6.7 before 3.6.8. Do I need to uninstall previous versions? I am a novice so please be clear.

Right after 3.6.7 download, clicking on Firefox shortcut produced (1) unending stream of windows asking if I wanted to remove the shortcut. Clicking them away only led to still more, one behind the other in the center of the screen. This then happened with every other clicked shortcut icon. (2) Clicking to open an e-mail in Thunderbird then led it to chew through and delete all further e-mail, stopped only by closing Thunderbird. Rebooting did no good. Only a system restore.

On Looklet.com I can do everything except create. When I go to create only the model is there, no tabs or items.

Why does firefox crash when I try to respond to emails in Gmail. We I use IE it works fine.

I have just had to reformat and reinstall linux on my main comp, and I can't recall the weave/sync secret passphrase however I still have fennec on a nokia n900 how do I find wwhere fennec has stored the passphrase?

I cannot use youtube on Firefox as it requests that I install Adobe Flashplayer. I did this several times however, the same message comes up. I have no problem when I use Internet Explorer. What could be the reason for this

I recently had a problem with Firefox and my Hotmail account. I wasn't being able to log out of my account properly. I came across a solution in Firefox help, which told me to delete my cookies. Since deleting the cookies I can now log out of Hotmail properly but a new problem has arrived with my Facebook account since deleting the cookies. The page doesn't load, I can't chat nor play games. Could any plz help me out with the problem bcuz it is unbearable. Thanks much.

I can't begin to tell you because the whole set up is a mess. Tiny print (regardless of instructions) pages won't open, often can not get access to page, and each time you make a change, it get's worse. With 2 new updates your requested me to make (3.7 & 3.8) I afraid my computer will be ruined. You also request I upgrade to adobe 10.1. I don't know how. Am I suppose to simply install it or do I uninstall 7.9 first and when will all your problems with firefox stop being my problems? How do I talk to a real person? You sure aren't like dealing with Apple. Firefox not user friendly unless you are a scientist.

I have no idea how to remove the links that are underneath the main toolbar (where the back and forward buttons are, refresh, etc.). I know they got there by either Apple default, or by me accidentally dragging something there. I have tried dragging them away, and they don't go anywhere. I tried dragging to the trash, etc.
