Hi, Does anybody know why I cannot use an adblocker from TotalAv when I have used it in the past? Also, why is Firefox not able to connect to Virginmedia? or should I say virgin does not recognize firefox? Sorry to ask two questions at once.

One of my folders is lost. I know the bookmarks are in bookmarks as I can search on one or more. However, I can to know what folder they/it is in. Example: folder FOOD is lost, but I can search on hamburger and it shows up. etc. A one by one search takes a lot of time. I would like for the folder to show up in what other folder it is lost in.

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

In the attached images, I have shown what I am seeing on Firefox, compared to what I am seeing on several other browsers.

I had 20 tabs open on one screen. I moved one tab off the the 2nd screen so I could see info between two pages at the same time. When I was done, I closed the browser with the 19 tabs so I was left with one tab browser on the 2nd screen. Unfortunately now I lost all 19 tabs because when I click restore Recently Closed Windows (tabs) the only thing that listed is the tab I already have open.

This has been an issue for a LONG time. I have to remember to close the temporary browser tab 1st then close the main browser with all the other tabs open LAST. I HATE that I lose everything if I don't close the split browser in that order.

Well, this is not much support question, but I didn't found better place to ask.

Why is this nice feature disabled by default? It is disabled by default not only in Firefox, but also in other major browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Opera.

If I wanted to activate it (Because it is nice feature), then I must press F7, or click on checkbox in settings.

If you don't know what I'm talking, then it is the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" option.

I upload my customised themes on firefox add on store. I want to try my theme before I upload it into store to view how its looking, to find out any errors, etc. I tried using the below method ( Image 1 ) but this error occurs ( image 2 ).

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Can you please explain/guide me how to find this code or the app I need to use.

Hello. I run Firefox as my main laptop (Mac) browser. I have added Zotero to manage my writing reference citation library, and have downloaded the current Zotero Connector for Firefox. I should be able to add references from online, by using the Zotero save icon that should appear on my Firefox toolbar. But this icon is nowhere to be seen and I cannot see how to make it appear. The whole advantage of Zotero for me as a writing academic is pinned to this function, so I am anxious to get it working. How can I get the Zotero save icon in its proper place on my Firefox toolbar, just to the right of the search window? Many thanks

Firefox doesn't display blur effect in websites. In the below images Image 1 : apple.com ( Firefox ) Image 2 : apple.com ( Chrome ) Image 3: twitter.com ( Firefox ) Image 4 : twitter.com ( Chrome) It also happens in telegram where right click menu shows blur effect

I need some help with figuring out why when I switch from windowed mode to fullscreen mode my theme breaks. First image is how it should look and how it normally looks while I have a small window open and it isnt stretched. Second picture is what it looks like when I stretch it out or go fullscreen mode. I was wondering is there a way I can fix it myself or can it only be done by the author?

Firefox keeps asking me for my primary password EVERY time I open the browser. It's very annoying. This article did not help me. I don't use the anti-virus softwares mentioned in the article, and I removed my primary password and set it up again and I still get the pop up every time I open Firefox.

Does anybody know what causes this?

You'll laugh like drains. I've got PagePlus 9 which lets you design .PDFs with fillable fields in, the idea BEING I could send out a form which anyone could fill in in their browser without having to understand word-processing. Looked great in PagePlus 9, loaded it into Firefox and it sucked royally - fields and data all over the show. Back to the drawing board. Nearly 5 hours and countless revisions later, it still sucked royally in Firefox.

Then I tried it in Chrome, Edge, Hola and CCBrowser and it worked like an absolute dream. Displayed perfectly. Let you enter data perfectly. Put it back into Firefox and it immediately sucked blue whales through thin straws again. So it's GOT to be a hewge bug with Firefox and .PDFs. Anyone know what it is and how to handle it?

In retrospect, I, too, find it Pretty Darned Funny that I didn't think of testing it in another browser before spending 5 hours on the thing! But if it's a Firefox and PDF bug, why's nobody spotted it in Developerland? That's the bit I don't get really. (If they HAD, surely they'd've just opened up the inner workings of another browser, learned what they were doing wrong and used what they'd learned?)

Can reload it and take screenshots if requested.
