Hello, I'm having problem signing in to booktopia website on Firefox on my Mac Mini. I keep getting the error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. To no avail. Can you please help ?

Firefox macOS V112.0 fires up many copies of itself when the "Quit" menu choice is selected. This behavior has been seen on both a M1 and M2 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.3.1. This behavior started when the 112 update was applied.

I've deleted and then reinstalled Firefox. This did not change the behavior.

This happens only when middle-clicking links, but not right-clicking and opening them in a new tab. It also doesn't happen when I middle-click a tab to close it.

I'm using Firefox 112 on a KDE plasma archlinux session using wayland, the system is all up to date.

While inspecting it it looks like it wait for exactly 9 seconds in a call to retrieve clipboard contents, but that's just what it looks like and I could be wrong, hope it helps!

After the most recent FireFox upgrade my personal computer settings were implemented on my work computer. I have removed the sync option but how to I get the old settings?

Foxfire icon shows up again on my Mac's dock every time it is closed. You then see two (2) icons on the dock for Foxfire. This begun to happen after the MacOS Monterey was upgraded to 12.6.5. I have tried to delete Foxfire and reinstall but that did not solve the problem.

bold textAll of sudden something happened to the Walmart site on this computer. Site comes up on search & shows its mine. BUT lost purchases history and reorder is incorrect. Walmark Site OK on Edge? Walmark Site is OK on my laptop on both Mozilla & Edge? Works fine on other similar sites like Amazon & Sams Club I tried reinstall Mozilla and it didn’t work.

Can I back up history in the browser? even though I did not have a profile before but I do have the old firefox data files, can I use that to restore all that back into my browser?

I will get a notification of a reply to a message or comment I posted and when I go there, the comment is either blank or it comes up for 1 second, then disappears. Also, sometimes when I click on a notification, it says "Your request cannot be completed..." or something similar.

What I've done: Turned off new add-ons, because it worked previously with my core add-ons. No add-ons have updated in the past two days. Cleared cache Updated FF Closed and restarted FF

Everything on FB works perfectly on Chrome. Since I also have a lot of trouble with forms and captchas on FF, I have to use Chrome to visit any site where I am going to have to fill out a form or use a captcha. That is, IF the site even loads, and I don't get a "this site can't be found" from FF.

It is unimaginably bad that this has been an issue for over 5 years now.

Seeing your entire history and all your bookmarks easily is the BARE MINIMUM you can expect from a browser.

Yet these functions on firefox are STILL barely passable.

Please fix asap. It's no wonder so many people use chrome.

I feel stupid but I can't find a way to add buttons for single addons to the menu-bar on top. I know in the past this was possible but now I have to click the button for "extentions" and there all addons can be found (see first screenshot). I would rather have buttons for single addons available in the menu-bar, for example for my ad-blocker. I tried "customize" but there the addons don't show up for some reason (see second screenshot - sorry that it's in german). I am not browsing in private mode in case you're wondering.

Edit: Okay nvm, I figured it out already. I didn't know I had to right-click the addons while in the extension-menu. I still find it kind of weird that the addons don't show up in the customize-view anymore.

I originally switched browsers to Firefox because other browsers would not open Candy Crush on Facebook. I have been using Firefox as my main browser for a few years now and like it very much, but out of the blue it just quit letting me open Candy Crush on Facebook. Completely stops (freezes) my laptop when I try. Won't even let me log out of Facebook. I can now open it on other browsers, but what happened to Firefox???

Just left another message about Firefox freezing after last nights Windows 10 update. NEVER MIND. I just the second RESTART of the computer and suddenly Firefox seems to be working again including show the toolbar with the Bookmark Folders!!!! I cannot explain this and I won't even try. Just glad that it seems to again be working as usual. This time I'm filing this via Firefox AND NOT GOOGLE CHROME.
