I am operating in macOS 10.13.6 [the latest my iMAC will accept] using Firefox, and MSN.COM's Outlook E-Mail client. Usually when you "hover" over the e-mail sender's name in "FROM", their URL is produced -- very useful to check for spoofing of legitimate sites. This week I've received several e-mails where this did not work. Is this a new spam tactic, and are there any solutions ? Any thoughts ??

I'm trying to figure out how to disable your automatic news feed reader preview setting. Wading through your overly complicated and endless Support pages has taken more time than it would take to install a different browser and start from scratch. I like Firefox, but this is ridiciulous. I've gone through all the preferences a half-dozen times or more.

I recently replaced my old laptop by a new one after battery life issue (and for free thks total refund warrantly). But the new laptop unfortunately come with windows 11.

and like with windows 10, FF 97+ force the windows OS color theme style for checkboxes over the websites stylised ones (like a dark themed website with its own original soft small dark gray checkboxes being replaced by big light blue windows ones making the design ugly) I tried the same trick as my former laptop by switching widget.non-native-theme.enabled to "false", but it caused a tab crash on all page using checkboxes. Restarting firefox solved the crash issue, but even if slightly different than native-theme.enabled on "true"(smaller and dark blue) the checkboxes are always a single forced windows like style on all sites

The trick worked easily on windows 10, how to force firefox to correctly use the websites own style for checkboxes and forms with windows 11? I don't want windows style take over the design of site i visiting.

how to stop the annoying url popup that only moves from corner to corner when you mouseover it. It interferes with all the links nearby and annoys the hell out of me. I don't feel like "coding" so if you can't give me an easy solution I will swith to another browser.

Need to be able to load pages without every other webpage failing due to the error message : An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

I am ready to uninstall Firefox and use Chrome exclusively. It is maddening. I have gone through the firewall exercise and fire fox appears to have permissions.

Hi, I am opt in the Open previous windows and tabs in the Settings. However, every time I am closing and opening Firefox, it does not restore previous session tabs. Can you help with this issue. please?

Is there a setting where I can be notified before you take it upon yourselves to download/install an update? While I was away from my computer this afternoon I was hit by a Firefox upgrade that shut down my email and all my tabs. I've lost stuff I may never find again. If the MF'er responsible were in reach I'd punch his lights out. Seriously.

I've been a Firefox user for quite some time now, thank you!

Currently, I'm working on a new website for my business and have a custom font that I'm trying to get compatible across all browsers. For some reason, I can't seem to get the right CSS to have it work on my Firefox browser, despite the trusty Internet assuring me it should be otherwise!

This is the CSS I'm using at the moment:

@font-face {

 font-family: 'Santana';
 src: url('santana.woff2') format('woff2'),
      url('santana.woff') format('woff'),
      url('santana.ttf') format('truetype');

}

I'm wondering how I might go about circumventing this issue so that the Santana script also shows on Firefox browsers.

When I'm in Yahoo mail inbox, I can see and read my (new) mail, but most of the commands don't work and I cannot see emails older than 2020 (it just shows blank lines for them). The emails never get read, nor can I check the boxes for commands. I disabled and refreshed with my uBlock, but it doesn't have any effect. Yahoo works normally when tried on Chrome.

Gmail will not load. I have done all of the suggested fixes: 1. clear cache, 2. clear cookies, 3. turn off all extensions, 4. restart, 5. reinstall firefox, 5. shut down restart.

It still will not load.

constantly daily , firefox is open and must be closed before starting it again have to close it 3 or 4 times before it kicks in , happens all the times , numerous times during the day , theres no problem at all with microsoft edge or google chrome JUST FIREFOX ! if you have a solution please let me know thx john

Hi, some webpages appear with large text next to clickable items or buttons such as "keyboard_arrow_right" & "ex" (please see 1st screen shot). The 2nd screen shot shows the same website using Chrome with no issues.

I am running FF version 103.0.1 on Windows 10 64 bit.

I have tried running FF in safe mode & get the same result.

Any ideas?

Ever since the update a couple of days ago my settings are so large that I cannot function in Windows. I am vision impaired, so I have Windows display set at 125 percent. This has never caused a problem with Firefox before. Please help!

I recently upgraded my hard drive. I made a backup of the mozilla folders but now i have no idea where to restore these folders in order to restore all my bookmarks / settings etc.

Few days before everything was working as usual. But few days before the size of firefox gets larger. It means the tabs, URL address bar menu becomes larger. I'm using the same screen resolution as I'm using previously. I've refreshed and reinstalled firefox several times, even I reinstall my Windows OS. But the problem is still there. I'm using NVIDIA GTX 1650 super GPU.
