I am all of a sudden getting Access Denied errors when visiting a variety of different types of sites. I have read in the help menus that I need to go into the history and select to forget the site. While that temporarily fixes it, the error inevitably returns when trying to access these sites. I have disabled the Nord VPN and my ESET virus software but it does not help.

I have to go into Edge to access the sites as Edge does not give me the same error. This is making the browser nearly unusable. Please help.

I updated to macos Monterey yesterday and I guess I guess I also my firefox updated to 102.0.1 (64-bit)... Anyway, I was very much used to have a white background in firefox's built-in pdf viewer when viewing pdfs that really have a white background (for example if you download it and check it with Adobe reader, or any reader other than the viewer built-in the browser).

Now the background color is gray, and it's not convenient for me at all. I could not find the magic setting that allow to changing this behaviour... I do not use themes, so I do not mind changing something there if needed.

Could any guru help here please ? That would be much appreciated.

This is in regard to the privacy settings under about:preferences#privacy > 'Allow firefox to send technical & interaction data to Mozilla' where I'm willing to opt into just interaction data, but not willing give my technical data, because of the temporary collection of my IP address. Due to this, I have to opt it out completely & unfortunately couldn't contribute to mozilla's data collection stats. If there's anyway to split those separately, would be better.

About 6 weeks ago, I could no longer sign into my regular grocery store site. First error message is to remove cookies or popups, but if i retry, I get "Access Denied https://www.vitacost.com/?CSRC=PPCYB-MSN_SEM_B%20PURE_US_REM_NON_NA_EXT-&sces=1"

Now this same error has started on another site that I frequently shop at.

I contacted the store: they said my IP was "bot.network" and to contact my service provider. They are Comcast, and did not help at all. I next contacted my security: Norton, and they told me this issue is with my browser, Mozilla/firefox.

I can access the site if I use Edge or Bing, but I normally use Firefox. Is it time for me to switch away?

On my E-Bay account Active Sales screen, the Time Left column displays with an overlaying zero on the leading number (see attached). If I hit CTRL+F to highlight the time, the selections appear properly (see 2nd scan). Any direction to a solution would be appreciated. I'm using Windows 11 and the latest FF.

I was watching a show on one of my streaming websites and it it in a shorter box instead of a full screen. im not sure if i accidentally clickec on something because it is happening on more then one streaming site

Hi over past maybe week I've been getting this weird bug where after I've started up my PC for the day and I open Firefox for the first time, the window comes up for less than a second and the whole application closes. I then click to open Firefox again and it opens fine and runs normal. I have it to keep my tabs open so on application launch they're there again but everytime it does this I have to ctl shift n to get them back. It sort of behaves as if there was an update where it instantly closes, installs update then reopens but doesn't reopen this time. I checked the about:crashes and nothing there. Thanks.

Windows 8.1 Firefox 102.0.1 Clean install with a brand new profile

Noodling around about:config I discovered that the boolean value browser.sessionstore.enabled does not exist.

Interestingly though, it's numerical partner browser.sessionstore.interval does exist and was set to 15000. (15000 miliseconds = 15 seconds)

I was planning to increase this interval significantly. However...

It is my understanding that browser.sessionstore.enabled must be set to true for browser.sessionstore.interval to have any effect.

So what gives? Why is there a browser.sessionstore.interval set to 15000 when the prerequisite browser.sessionstore.enabled does not even exist?

We generally can't access 53.com using Firefox (102.0.1 (64-bit) on MacOS on our M1 Macbook Air, but can on Windows 11. All software versions are current, and we even periodically encountered this on our Mac with past versions of Firefox and MacOS software. Clearing cookies and cache has sometimes helped, but is not working now. There is no error code displayed, the signin in box simply has its three dots continuing to cycle indicating that it is working, but the status bar is not displaying the "transferring data from onlinebanking.53.com" url as it does on Windows, per the attached screenshot. Created the attached screen shot from Windows, but this is where it hangs on the Mac. Also, this happens whether the extensions are enabled or not, and there are far fewer extensions on the Mac browser, primarily Lastpass and Grammarly. BTW, the site works fine on Chrome on both systems, but we obviously want to stick with Firefox.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved once and for all would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Team, need your help pretty badly. font size and alignment of the page/gaps in few parts of the web site is too big and the configuration has not applied to entire page. It is not affecting entire website with whatever i make changes in configuration I am keep using firefox for many years now, please help me to fix this.

please refer the snapshot attached to this thread the menu font and mail content font is not matching, mail content is bigger than it expected(zoom out/in and changing font size has different effects for some parts of page)

bold texti had to reinstall windows and had trouble remembering my password and had no idea that resetting the password would refresh or wipe clean all my saved tabs and passwords. This is aster-nine to think you browser gave no warning that this would happen.. I need my links, my tabs, password. No I had no other sync's, don't think I ever set a key. since the last firefox update I am not able to visit the german Amazon Seller Central website anymore. I have no knowlegde in how to solve this issue and that is why I am asking for your support.

The link to the website is: https://sellercentral.amazon.de/ Whenever I want to visit the site, I get the error "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request" (see attached image).

I already checked with amazon themselves, but they said the issue lies within my computer. My IT department said the issue is related to the browser most likely; and indeed, with Microsoft Edge for example, I am able to open the website.

Does anyone know this error and even better knows how to solve the problem?

I'm on Firefox 102.0.1. The Facebook tab is updating on the fly as I'm reading, forcing me to 'reel back' several pages if I want to continue where I was. What gives? It's been doing this for about a month.

I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Could you help with this?
