Sometimes when I open a new tab and start typing an address, the tab disappears as if it never existed. Don't know how to replicate it, as it is random and happens just often enough to disturb me. Also not sure at which point the tab dissappears, while I am typing or when I hit enter.

Actually my problem was solved. It came from the fact that following a maintenance intervention on the servers of the https site where my account was located, and access to which was blocked by Mozilla, the automatic updating of certificates had not worked. Which the site technicians resolved following a request I sent to them.

After resetting my PC, I reinstalled Mozilla Firefox, but encountered an issue with it. Despite being unsure of the cause, if this problem occurs for a third time, I'm considering discontinuing the use of Firefox and advising others against it. I've lost my bookmarks multiple times, which is concerning. Although I initially attempted to recover my account using my email, I couldn't recall my password. Consequently, I utilized Mozilla's account recovery key. However, even after this process, my bookmarks, which were saved in the toolbar Come back but shortcut labeled "ROW" Bookmarks are not come back. I'm seeking assistance to retrieve them or clarity regarding Mozilla's responsibility in this matter. While apologies are not necessary, I am focused on restoring my bookmarks or exploring options for compensation for the loss incurred.

I am using Firefox on Mac - I usually minimize instead of closing - It has started making a TAPPING NOISE I thought it was my computer - but It now has happened to 3 different computers and one is brand new - T T T T TTT , I have narrowed it down to Firefox, when I minimize it will do it, then opened and it stopped and min. then start, repeeat - now it does the TTTTT all the time with it open or minimized. What is going on?

I have a bunch of stuff on my LAN, all with static IPs (so I can find things). New Reolink security camera can't be accessed via a browser and it's static IP.

Am I truly unable to have access to my own LAN? There has to be a way around this, doesn't there?

I am trying to use OBS Virtual camera, I am resetting permissions of camera access, removing cache and data to be sure, and selecting it but it still doesn't let me use OBS Virtual Cam and selects Built in cam automatically does anyone has any solutions ?

when I enter for first time I can select and i select OBS Virtual Cam and I click on Allow and then next window pops up and it doesnt let me select anything else...

How to reach a site used in the past (whether typed URL or used saved Bookmark!) ---but now Firefox won't let me access now, please?! I have some sites for decorating my online gaming site. Your settings warn me that the site isn't ---https://. --- which I realize, and FIREFOX stops me from going to the site. How do I temporarily use a site, then restore the security? I appreciate how FIREFOX keeps us safe! TY!

When I go into Privacy & Settings, then cookies & site data, I uncheck the box for cookies & site data. It doesn't save. Next time I go in it is checked again. How do I get this setting to save? I'm using Windows 10, Firefox 124.0.2.

Windows 10 PC bookmarks have disappeared. Followed instructions to other profiles where momentarily saw bookmarks in a different profile, but couldn't find instructions on how to copy into default profile. Then bookmarks disappeared from that profile also. I do NOT want to sync to my other device; it has its own bookmarks. How can I retrieve my bookmarks other than syncing?!! Seems like a lot of other folks have the same problem.

Hello support staff. Here are the specifics ...

1. I installed undelete software from easeus.com 2. Uninstalled the above software 3. In Win10 Task manager under the Performance--Resource Monitor--Network option, saw firefox had a session opened with easeus.com

4. Windows defender shows nothing abnormal. 5. Removed all entries for easeus in registry. 6. Unistalled firefox and reinstalled it. 7. Start firefox and go to some site. 8. Firefox again has a open session with easeus.com in the Task manager.

9. Installed Chrome. No such session with easeus.com on Chrome under Task manager.

10. Issue at 3. pops up whenever I start firefox AND start browsing a site.

Help.

When I want to access a particular page the page appears and then immediately disappears. In another instance I can get to a site but some of the links won't work. When I try and use the link the page appears and then quickly an error 500 Message appears. These problems don't exist If I switch to ms edge. This of course is a pain to have to switch prowsers to reach these pages particular with the site that I can enter but can't use some of the links. Would really appreciate your help
