Team, I have inadvertently been using 2 different Firefox accounts (for years now), each with one of my primary email addresses. I have a new phone and have been trying to Synchronize both of my laptops to it, thus discovering my problem.

It seems that I have created 2 different Firefox Accounts, each with 1 of my primary email accounts, but both of which have the same profile picture. (Which is why I didn't recognize this before.)

Is there a way to combine my 2 Firefox accounts but keep both of my primary email addresses (thus Merge or Combine, not remove 1)? This will allow both of my 2 laptops have the same configuration and keep all my saved passwords/logins/bookmarks/etc.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

For Reference, my devices are: 2x Windows 11 Laptops 1x Android Smartphone.

I recently uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it directly from the microsoft store as it was very slow (probably due to not being updated) and I am sad to see all my bookmarks and important information is gone. Is there any way I can restore it? Thank you in advance.

How can I remove the show all tabs arrow? Also start adding an easy way to remove any changes you make in new updates. They are more annoying then helpful for quite some time already. Why would I need such feature when I use up to 5 tabs?

I like to save things and later go back and watch on Facebook. Lately I can not save anything. But I am able to save on my I Phone. Have I messed up my settings some way?

since today the Addons "uBlockOrigin" and "Ghostery" are not anymore working in Firefox. In Chrome all works fine.

When i load a YT-Video, i got an Ad, the Video is black, i see nothing but i hear the ad. This is since today and i never encountered that.

Someone can help me with that?

Firefox is not asking where save downloaded files. I have the checkbox checked which indicates it should ask every time. I also followed some instructions on here about going to the about:config page and changing a setting to false, but that didn't do anything.

No, They are Blocking me the only way I can watch it is in troubleshooting mode, AND HAVE disabled the adblockers'.

I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

Built in PDF reader is showing blank and then prompting to close firefox -

Please help I am support a company who are really big on Firefox and love the built in PDF reader feature but recently when they open files they show blank and you ar then requested to close Firefox.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

He has the latest version of Firefox from today I can see there was an update 2 days ago and there where some new features on the reader could this be the reason?

I was using Ad blocker extenstion and youtube videos stopped working, so I deleted the extension and still have the same problem and youtube videos doesn't play and give me warning messages what can I do,

I had Firefox installed in English. After an update/renew (after a long period of not ever launching Firefox), it was displaying in French. I changed the preferred language to English in the Settings, and now I'm getting everything in a mishmash of English and French! (See the attach screenshot.) Even in the same panel, there is a mix of languages (e.g., under History, there's the "Search history" box, and below this, "Aujourd'hui" and "Il y a plus de 6 mois"). I cannot remove French from the language list, and English is already the preferred language.

Relevant information: This is a work desktop where my system settings are in English, but it is connected in a region that frequently uses French (Quebec) so some defaults for my organization might be in French.

Clicking on Firefox icon to log in I receive following message and gray screen. firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found " The procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll." Followed by another pop-up. "Could not load XPCOM" There was an automatic up-date several days ago and I have had this problem ever since. Is there a fix?
