Babylon isn't showing as plugin and all files are deleted off harddrive but must be somewhere to keep 'popping up'. I am having to use Explorer in the meantime. I would like to go back to firefox. Thanks.

These are the CRASH IDs I have racked up over the last 24 hours. It began when I was auto-informed that Firefox 9.0.1 was ready to download, and I did. Now, the platform is completely unstable and crashes nearly everytime I try and access various websites from my bookmarks lists -- mostly the new version seems to have a problem with hotmail.com, but also when clicking on links posted in Facebook. I have written in several times but gotten no replies. PLEASE! I need to either have a fix for 9.0.1, or be sent the previous version of Firefox, which hardly ever crashed. I am losing valuable time trying to deal with this when I should be working, and have had to shift over lots of my work to SAFARI!

My browser is repeatedly crashing and has been for the last couple of weeks. It most often happens on pages with video links on them such as BBC Iplayer or opening a youtube video embedded on facebook etc. I am pretty sure that the problem is coming from the flash player plugin as I tried it with all other plugins disabled and it still crashed but with everything bar the flash plugin enabled it worked fine.

I have been using Internet Explorer for years but became dissatisfied recently and switched to Firefox. They had a lock icon on the tabs to let you know you were on a secure site. How can I tell with your browser if a website is secure?

After last update (FF9); when attempting to bookmark a page, the bookmark edit popup flashes instead of staying open. I can only edit a bookmark by using "show all bookmarks" feature.

I know the bookmarks toolbar is only one line long, and I know how to add more toolbars (customization) but somehow I cannot get the bookmarks toolbar to extend to the next line or so. Is there a way that Firefox can do this or no?

have had to restore a machine running win7 pro 32bit. IE doesn't work to reinstall firefox can I make a disk/use a flash drive to install to this machine. How do I do it?

When I try to use sites, very often I have to "allow" and on my Israel site which is very trustworthy I was not allowed at all today..............eTeacherhebrew. Maybe this is since I last upgraded Firefox?

Hi i got a new puter with win7...i had probs with my first download of firefox...did a reinstall...what happens is when i type in an address in firefox i get error message saying search returns no results...all works good in IE...please help me defeat the dark overlord...i need my FIREFOX back...are there some settings i need to try?...i thought i did all right

"Google" is missing from left of the search bar, the search bar is not working, the information window is blank, the "Restore Previous Session" button is missing, and the Firefox/Google toolbar with g-mail, hot mail, maps, etc. is missing.

Just downloaded Firefox VER 9, now I am unable to save passwords, this never happened with other VER of Firefox. I have tried every thing I know to fix this problem, I have ticked the Boxes in the options where it says to save passwords, do not know what else to do, may be use Explorer. Thanks bob.

After upgrade to 9.0.1 firefox does not see my profile, not even in profile manager. I have created a new profile and copied the contents of the old one in and firefox again refuses to see it. A blank firefox page with "about" as the page is all that comes up. I need to know how to recover my old data.
