I still doesn't have turned my computer off in case that you could help me find my pages back. I have no one else to help me with this problem and I deeply need the websites I was surfing on. I'm not sure I can find them by myself and I don't have much time for that.

A friend opened a gmail account on my fire fox browser and saved her password on the saved folder. I mistakenly log her out this morning and we have been trying to recover her account but couldn't as she can't remember her password again.

We tried to check the saved password for the details but couldn't find the password again. Can you please assist?

Hello everyone, My browser opens with two small pop-ups that pops and closes immediately right before the actual firefox window shows up. I have noticed that some time ago and I'm pretty sure this wasn't happening before. I didn't do any updates or add on's (firefox or windows). What could be causing this? Could it be a virus infections? Windows Defender scanner doesn't find any threats. Thanks for any tips and help.

I lost suddenly some pints in my explorer. I did not delete them. It had happened at: BENUTZER - Matthaeus Deffner There I have had saved some files "LEBENSLAUF" They are lost now. Can yo help to get again?

PDF has a thumb nail picture for first page, rest of the doc is A4. Firefox uses this thumb nail size for entire document so I get a very tiny print of each page regardless of print options used. The pages display correctly in read/view mode.

Three other PDF viewers (Edge, Libre office and a pdf viewer) display and print correctly.

Anyone know of fix (beside use other browsers)?

I am using Mozilla Firefox for accessing google map from Excel macro.

My Excel-VBA Macro goes like this:

but since i changed my pc, i witness following error: On clicking this macro, I can see firefox shows expected link in address bar. But after 2-3 second it brings me back to my home location. Please guide me in this regard

Some time ago, I used my personal email address as a secondary email on another Firefox account, and I no longer have access to the primary email for that account.

I would now like to use my personal email as a primary email on a new account, but when I try to create the account, it says "This email was already confirmed by another user".

How can I get my personal email address "un-associated" from the old primary email-address when I can't even remember what that email address was, let alone access it?

I don't have any saved info that I care about so I would be happy to have all records "lost" in order to cancel any mozilla/firefox account, either primary or secondary, associated with my personal email address.

Hey, I've noticed lack of sync in audio when pausing video. What I mean:

Assumptions: - Using bluetooth headphones (tested only on airpods pro, 2 different pairs) - system MacOS 14.2.1 - Macbook Pro M1 Pro

1. Play any video with audio (vimeo, youtube, custom players) 2. Pause

Outcome: Right headphone audio stops first Left headphone audio stops after small delay

Expected outcome: Right & Left headphone audio stops at the same time

I'm quite sensitive to things like that.. maybe someone knows a fix for this or this is just Firefox bug?

Hi, Have been a happy user of Firefox for many years and it is my preferred browser. However, around mid 2023, I suddenly lost emails from trusted sources I signed up for like USPS Informed Delivery, ads from Publix, Harbor Freight, ALDI etc., etc. ... . Even when using the same computer running WIN10 64bit with another ISP abroad the same issue happens. Using Malwarebytes for Web protection. However, when I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery using AOL Edge, it works with daily updates. Tried to figure out if there are any filters on Firefox which could be the culprit but don't know what to look for. Appreciate any help to solve this issue. Thanks, Ben

I've just recently switched over to Firefox with Manifest V4's blocking of ad blockers, and made an account here to sync between devices. I somehow mistyped my age during the account creation, though, and put in "13" instead of what I meant to. Will this affect any of my searching, and if so, is there a way to change it?

I have accessed (Google) Youtube - History, over Firefox/DuckDuckGo for a number of years now without difficulty. Recently Google introduced a Two-step security check and, when selected, a question was sent to the handset (which I use as a tether for two laptops) which always quickly appeared and quickly responded to my finger's touch. In the last couple of weeks the question is still asked but nothing comes through to the handset, or the standby handset. For a test I then went through Google Chrome and that opens the Youtube History without any questions etc. It seems to hint that Google are using the Two-step etc to keep out access over other Browsers. Used to use firefox all the time, on computers, though quit using it on tablets as, at those times, it would not display in landscape, whereas other preferred browsers have always displayed landscape without any problem.

Recently found that firefox now does landscape so I've tried putting it to use. While importing students' email addresses I discover it will not work, for days now, both for current firefox and firefox nightly. Working perfectly in every other browser brand, I log into same accounts in other preferred browsers, works just fine with all of them without exception.

I have perused settings to find a setting causative of such gross dysfunctionality yet found nothing. Is there a remedy for that?

All of my inbox e-mail have disappeared and when I go to "view", then click on "sort by" I notice my "received" link is disabled. Can someone please tell me what is going on here?
