1. Mozilla email address 2. When I use Mozilla-Firefox to look for products on Amazon, you don't show the "SIZE" pull downs that are visible using Google Chrome or EDGE. I'm sure this is not good for business. I would prefer to remain on Mozilla, but somehow Amazon has blocked you from showing the size choices, and subject prices!!!

I really appreciate the container tab option for my browsing, as it affords me more privacy and I am a stickler about my privacy. However- I have been having an issue with links that I am attempting to open in a specific container that will load, and then immediately reload into the tab without a container. This has happened several times. The most recent example is that I clicked on a link from FB, a site I tend to avoid, and specified that I want it opened in a FB tab, as I don't trust them not to track me beyond that. However, the link loaded in the FB tab and immediately again with no container whatsoever. There was no request, no warning that I had set up the "multi-account container" and did I want to use it in the designated container... nothing. This has happened with links before as well.

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. I have two end users that are having a different issues but they are of similar nature. First user can not upload anything to Microsoft Share point. She gets a message that says she does not have proper permissions to upload. She does not have the same issue on Chrome or Edge. The second user is trying to download and or save a file from a couple of different websites but regardless on where she tries to save it on her computer it says she does not have proper permissions to save to "x" file location. She also does not have this issue when she is on Chrome or Edge.

For both users I have tried clearing cache and cookies, Rebooting their computers, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, deleting registry keys/user data from the computer itself. I have had no luck with resolving this issue and I can not find anything online that remotely resembles this issue.

I just wanted to remove NAME from downloaded file list NOT the file from hard drive. How to restore file deleted from the DOWNLOADS page ?

• Would be NICE if deleted files were moved to Recycle Bin to be able to be restored.

All of a sudden when I open a link from an email it opens on Edge instead of Firefox, even though Firefox is my default browser. Can you please tell me where I can change the automatic setting? Thank you, Maria

I reset my windows 10 installation thinking that it would be similar to a "backup and restore", but it wasnt. I wiped out nearly everything I had installed.

I hope that can learn how to load bookmarks from saved favorites folder.

I was using PC and a window popped up saying "allow Firefox to make changes" and I clicked allow! Shortly thereafter my PC froze and I had to power it down. Now Firefox looks completely different and all my bookmarks and links to everything is gone. Also all my saved email logins and information!

Please help me reverse this change, I hate it!! Betty Turner

With my previous browsers--such as Chrome and Brave--I could automatically get into key sites without signing in every time. I thought this was due to cookies that my login passcodes. In the case of Google, it is by far the most challenging. Despite having a gmail account since early 2003, and using Google regularly since the '90s, it persists in asking me lots of questions and texting codes, etc.

My situation with Firefox is not working smoothly as it was when I used it for many years about a decade ago. I've already imported such browser data from these sites.

Can you help? Otherwise, I'll move on to Safari again.

For a while now, several bank credit card sites are not working correctly when I use my Firefox browser. It did in the past and I didn't have any problems but lately I'm having these problems happening on sites I've used for years. If I use another browser it will work with no problem. In fact after talking with some of the support people at some of the sites that won't work, the suggest trying another browser which works fine. I'm talking like American Express' website which I use a lot. There are other sites other than credit cards that are not working correctly and again, their support agent will tell me to use another browser. I have tried different remedies like clearing cache, history, etc. I only use few addons like AdBlock which helps to cut down on trackers and information gathers. I have set my preferences to clear out my history and cookies. I have used Firefox for so many years without problems and with the same addons without any problems. So what is causing this to happen? I do enjoy using Firefox but if I have to keep changing over to another browser so sites will work, then maybe it's time for me to stop using Firefox.

I am unable to login to the DVLC. I get as far as the enter reg number of a car to check it,s been taxed. Then after I input the reg number the next page tell me it is an insecure page. This also happens on my laptop. On both desktop and laptop I am using firefox with duck duck go as an add on. However. In using my mobile with the stand alone duck duck go browser, I can log in and complete the task. This points to a problem with Firefox. Any advice's. This seems to be recent as I have used the laptop and desktop to use the check for a taxed car system ok in the past.

I just saw on line a notice about mozilla monitor and I tried the free scan. I was alarmed. My quesiton is if you have more than one email associated with you ID information, does mozilla monitor cover those different email addresses?

I visited Twitter and Facebook looking to contact Graham Hancock. I had to signup. But now everytime I open my browser ---- Twitter and Facebook automatically open up. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE 2.

Im running Firefox on Apple Silicon and I really do wish that there was a way to change settings to adjust experience when using the browser. As for my current needs I wish there was a barebones mode I could enable because currently it's an energy hog and I am becoming discouraged to continue using it with this inefficiency.

Ill explain my use case, I do lots of research for school, and tend to work with 30-50 tabs at a time and by simply having Firefox open it drains my laptops' battery 3 to 4 X (times) faster. While the same tabs on Safari and even newly released DuckDuckGo Mac app can run those tabs for days while still sipping on battery.

another occassion is during my job search, these tabs will stay open for a week or two as I open jobs im applying to, using 'Skillsyncer' and bunch of gmail tabs. I prefer my laptop to lose 5% battery in 2 hrs instead od 3 minutes.

As things are now, Firefox is not well optimized and would like to let the Firefox team to add the mentioned functionality above. Sadly there's no way to reach out to their team and am instead forced to post here. For now I will refer to Firefox to 'Firefix' as there's plenty to fix.
