How can I block Google and other sites from knowing everything I do on Foxfire? Every time I visit anything that has membership Google is there asking to sign me in. I thought Foxfire was supposed to be somewhat private. Thanks!, Mark

I returned a phone that I had for 2 weeks (the phone was a Motorola G Stylus 2024, if that's even relevant), and while I did a factory reset on the phone before returning it, I am worried that my Firefox account information is still accessible through the device.

One reason why I am worried is because, when looking at synced windows open, *everything* that I had open on there was open and accessible through my account. Another reason that I am worried is because I did not log out on the device before returning it to my local Best Buy.

It'd probably be impossible to track down the exact phone that I had, but can anything be done? Should I redo my log-in password for Firefox (or even all the sites that I used on that phone) or am I worried over nothing?

I am using the FireFox PDF Editor to annotate a PDF, however, no method of me saving the document (whether that is save as, or save as PDF) will allow me to save any annotations on the document. If I try doing save as PDF, the preview shows up as blank sheets of paper, when I click "save as" it only saves one page of the 31 as BLANK. If I try doing normal save as, the saved file is un-annotated.

I am writing an email with two photo attachments. Preview will not work (open) for me to double check the correct file is being sent. It will, however, open a file with only text.

Google Meet repeatedly drops and rejoins calls with "you have lost your internet connection" error. It's been happening consistently over the past few weeks. I have zero issues if I join the same calls with Google Chrome. I've tried updating to latest, restarting Firefox, restarting my machine, but it still happens.

I quit Firefox and when I restarted it it said it was a new version! It said something about restoring but I assumed it was just restoring my prior pages! DAMN! I can't even find a place to import bookmarks!

I am so angry I could chew nails!

[I use firefox on Mac, Windows, and Android, but the issue seems to effect me mostly on Mac and Windows) I'm just guessing this to be a browse issue. However I won't miond the post being moved to a more relevant sub-forum.

I keep arriving at this solution when searching for a solution to the increasing number of sites using the irritatingly abused stay/leave page question-dialogue box which pops up when i want to leave a page. The common solution appears to be https://userscripts.org/scripts/show/23865 However, when this page loads, I just get an empty box which looks like one of those ones which normally contain scripts to run or stop running certain things, or even to add or embed items etc.

When researching I often need to load lots of pages top go through. however, when i then need to close them all, i end up manually having to complete these irritating dialogies which are OBVIOUSLY really meant for pages where you may be filling in a form, or editing something, and perhaps have not completed filling it in. However, many sites irritatingly abuse this and just add the feature anyway. It just tells yiou they are dodgy rather than trustworthy. Any up-to-date advice as on July 2025? Any trusted new extensions/addons for this as with auto-cookie form-fillers perhaps?

Kind of a combination 'Browse/Download problem. This morning on rising, 07/11/25, Claude.ai's html artifacts quit loading on Firefox. Doesn't matter whether I'm on laptop Macbook Pro or iMac...or iPhone...but it loads in Safari and Google Chrome? Site is fine...document artifacts are fine...but html sits with spinning wheel?

This is a bit of an odd question, but I'm gutted. I have pretty severe OCD and AI tools have become very problematic for my reassurance seeking behaviors. I just got all of them blocked using tools like coldturkey and screen time. Now as of this update they're all in my firefox sidebar, and so far I see no way to block, only hide them (the trouble here is I know it's there, if I'm feeling a compulsion it's incredibly difficult not to follow through). Is there any iron clad way to block this? I hate how hard these things are being pushed!

None of my streaming networks Peacock and Netflix wont work on Firefox anymore. We get errors saying our Browser is no longer supported. When checking, there is no new update for Firefox.

I need my browser to allow ZOOM to screen share. message says browser is blocking this -how do I change this setting or blockage. I need this for meeting Friday am. thank you for your assistance.

I am interested in Firefox View, but I do not see that button on my toolbar (see attached image). When I search extensions I don't see that come up as an option. How do I add Firefox View?
