Metamask extension is not properly loading- opening the extension that should lead to the PW/login screen only shows a loading/spinning wheel with the MM-Fox logo. Any idea why this might be happening and any solutions would be immensely appreciated. Using the latest version. have tried toggling ext on/off, and other simple troubleshoot. For context. there is not the same issue on other browsers, even on Firefox on other PC. Could this be related to a PC component? Have experienced frequent tab crashes lately after upgrading my CPU- garbage 14th gen intel that's crashed a few times. what PC settings could be playing a role? BIOS settings default- no overclock or other mod. I have (2) firefox's on my pc- one downloaded from Mozilla, and the other from MSFT app store. MSFT app has no issues and functions fine. I synced my devices, but it only added clippings as an add-on for the second device but the clippings that I have on my first device were not transferred. How can I have all my notes/clippings that I made on one device, be available on the other device?

I'm trying to add the "current" (5.23.13 Oct '24) Nordpass extension to a computer (where I had successfully added it just a week ago, under another account)... but when I searched extensions yesterday, only the older/Legacy version of Nordpass (4.33.10 Nov '22) is shown in the results. Searched from a couple other computers that I manage, all only show the Old/Legacy Nordpass extension.

Firefox is default browser. Have used McAfee Truekey for years with no issues. It has now disappeared from browser. Reloaded the app, and McAfee website tells me to activate it. How do I do this/ should I do this?

I have deleted Norton from my wife's Win7 PC, but it still tries to "help" when she is logging on to various web sites. How do we get Norton off of her Firefox?? Her Firefox is current version.

Around 12/28/2024 my LastPass Password Manager extension dropped off my Firefox. When I tried to reinstall nothing happens except the flashing dots, which just go on. The LassPass extension does work on my Chrome browser (only used as a backup, Firefox using Duckduckgo rules)

Steps I have taken. Relaunched firefox. Rebooted laptop Deleted all Lastpass cookies. Did a firefox refresh. Tried to install older version of lastpass, they download but won't let me add.
