I received a notice when trying to download : We can't connect to server at downloadzip.wolfgangsvault.com . It was suggested that I check that Firefox has permission to access the web ( I might be connected but behind a firewall). Please help . Thanks!

When trying to use one particular website on Firefox, I get a message that I am blocked because of an ad blocker but I have not turned on any ad blocker in Firefox. How do I find out if an ad blocker is enabled on my Firefox and, if so, how do I turn it off? I have ensured that the ad blocker option in settings is unchecked and even added this web site to permissions but to no avail. Can someone help? Here is the message I get but none of the steps in this message I am told to take show up on my screen:

Adblock Plus Instructions

   Click the AdBlock Plus icon in the extension bar.
   Beneath “Block ads on”, click the large blue toggle next to “This website”.
   Click refresh.

As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

Firefox was once the most popular browser in the world, but then Mozilla started releasing updates every week and became disgusting. Now Mozilla has a tiny piece of the market, they have essentially lost almost everything, but they continue to shit with updates like diarrhea, which most users do not need and it's impossible to refuse the annoying, ugly constant reminder about updates. I'm not even talking about the fact that after a refusal to update to a new version, there is a forced update to a new version without permission. So, why doesn't this company learn from its mistakes and become at least a little smarter?

Hi there, I'm looking for help with Firefox not loading pages "Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site." 128.0.2 running on Mac os Sonoma 14.5 Mac Studio M1 Max chip

Here's what I've tried so far: -- network connection stable, other browsers work fine. -- disabled plug ins and extensions -- completely cleared cookies, cache, and history -- opened in safe mode (hold down option key and launch app) and refreshed Firefox -- opened in safe mode as above and entered troubleshoot mode

Is there anything else you can think of to try? I'm not able to find any new suggestions yet on the knowledge base here.

I can't seem to figure this out on my own so i'm hoping someone here can help.

I have some unwanted emails showing up as suggested when i right click on a browser tab and select "share" and i don't know how to find where they are saved on the browser to be able to delete them so they're no longer auto-suggested. Right clicking on the suggested email doesn't show any options and they are not saved in auto-fill either.

Havent tried deleting all cookies/history, but im not sure if that would help.. Anyone have any ideas?
