I am not able to use Mozilla Firefox on my computer. It's the only browser I have been using. When I tried logging in today, I got a pop up the said: 147.0.1 is not compatible with min version 147.0, max version 147.0. Try to reinstall. I reinstalled but no luck. Please help. I need my bookmarks.

For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

My browser is not working as it should. Several sites do not work anymore and the browser keeps crashing. I'd like to refresh the browser, but the button is missing. I tried going to troubleshooting mode, but the button is not there either.

Not sure if uninstalling would do the same thing? Just not sure what is the best way to refresh. Thanks for any help!

In my new PC on Windows 11, I decided to install the Mozilla Firefox from the "Microsoft Store". However, unfortunately, I realized that some Add-ons (extensions) where missing from the Firefox's "Gallery of Extensions". Among them, the well known and valuable extension '"Enhancer for YouTube", which I have installed on every browser that I use. So, if I don't find a solutions for this issue, I am about uninstall the Firefox and reinstall it from Mozilla's Website..

Followed unstall and trying to remove remaining folders, data from computer.

I cannot del these folders, etc despite being admin mode or from command line.

whats next.

I want to do a fresh install of Firefox but wont install firefox again if I have to an computer reimage.

Whenever I try to access the Powerball website I get the following response -

I get defaulted to ‘update Firefox’ every time I try to open my WhatsApp chat. How do I open the chat? I keep getting back to this section without seeing my old messages

In Firefox, I have several windows open, each with many tabs. (And BTW, I love the Firefox tab-organization feature.) I would like to empty the cache and delete all cookies. Will that close the open tabs? Is there a way to delete the cookies, empty the cache and preserve all windows & tabs?

why am i being asked to sign in to age verification sites when i have mozilla paid VPN installed and have enabled japan as the start point rather than UK  ? - Thanks
