Hi Mozilla team,

I’d like to report a serious issue with Firefox lately. The browser has been performing very poorly and frequently becomes “Not Responding.” In many cases, websites fail to load properly or get stuck indefinitely, even though my internet connection is working normally.

I’m experiencing these issues on the latest version of Windows 11 with the latest version of Firefox. This has become quite frustrating and significantly affects my daily browsing experience.

I hope the Firefox team can investigate these stability and website-loading issues and provide a fix soon. Firefox used to be much more reliable, but recently the overall experience has been very disappointing.

In the previous version, whenever I clicked sync, my browsing history was updated automatically. Why is this no longer working after the recent update?

I always use Firefox on my 2 devices (PC & laptop) and keep them synced. However, after the latest Firefox update, the sync feature stopped working. My Firefox history from the past two days/yesterday on my PC has not been synced or imported to my laptop

I needed to file a bug report so I went into settings to figure out what version I was on, only to be met with this useless view (see attached).

"About Firefox" contains no information whatsoever about Firefox. Who made this choice, and why? How is "let's show nothing at all on this page" a decision a product has made?

How do I keep my online banking private when using Firefox as my browser? When using Google Chrome as my browser, I use incognito, but I'm changing to Firefox and need to know that my online banking is safe.

how ... do I turn off enhanced tracking protection because it's breaking everything? I need my security and this is actively preventing me from acquiring the necessary security apps and accounts I need. This is actively making me less safe. It also won't let me get a different browser

It seems the default for allowing sites to store data locally is backwards (for privacy).

You should be able to set the DEFAULT to "Allow all sites to store data locally FOR THE SESSION ONLY," and then type in the sites that you would like to allow to store data locally for more than one session (or block entirely).

Is there a way to do this? There are not many sites I would like to allow permanent local data storage, so it wouldn't be such a terrible chore to type in their URLs. The opposite is true for sites I would want to allow ONLY FOR the one SESSION - that is a HUGE chore. This appears to be a privacy & security oversight - can you fix this?

I am trying to restore my firefox bookmarks and passwords from a back up I saved. I am signed into firefox in my browser, I go to restore back up and firefox restars and my bookmarks appearm but I'm signed out of firefox. When I sign back in, my profiles and bookmarks disappear?

I downloaded and installed Firefox. I've set up an account. But nowhere does it show me, or tell me, how to "open" Firefox and start browsing. There is no "search bar/window", just the address window at the top. I'm getting close to deleting the whole thing because it is needlessly frustrating.

I purchased a new Apple laptop, a MacBook Neo, & need to import bookmarks from my old MacBookAir to the Neo. No success thus far after going to Mozilla article "Sync bookmarks...." & following those instructions.

I opened Firefox this morning and all of my pinned shortcuts have disappeared. Shortcuts are enabled in the settings. I checked the browser.newtabpage.pinned pref on the about:config and all of my pinned shortcuts are not there
