Welcome page downloaded very long time, but i haven`t any error for debuging. 

On other browsers working normally.

Reinstall brw + Clear cash , cook +

I have a problem retrieving my favorites/bookmarks. I changed computers (all of them, even the hard drives).

I would like to recover my favorites/bookmarks but cannot do so because I am asked to look for them in folders that I no longer have, because they are on the old computer.

Does Firefox not save any information about my favorites/bookmarks? Have I lost them all? Do I have to redo my whole life?

I am about to stop using Firefox, because recently, every time it wants to update, it goes right ahead without my say so, and completely voids my entire history. Everything is gone. I have to find all my tabs again, and sign into them all again. Dreadful. I was a faithful user of this web platform, bit this is so inconveniently useless, I cannot continue.

Hello, I always use Firefox logged into my Mozilla account.

Yesterday I went to a (legitimate) site, that I had never visited before and only read one page. I didn't click on anything on that site/page, I only read that one page and left the site. Not long afterwards, I received a promotional email from that site stating "Thanks for stopping by!".

My question is: how did they know my email (the email used by my Mozilla account)? I have never received emails from that site, and as I said, I never visited it until then.

Does Firefox expose the Mozilla account email when visiting sites? This is pretty troubling. I would appreciate any input you have. Thanks

Firefox no longer allows me to post a message on Youtube, I can click someone else's message and reply to them I just can not post a new message. I can however post a message while using Chrome.

When i open normal tab with Yandex search and search something, i get yandex captcha every time

When i open private tab firefox (also waterfox\librefox), i get captcha every search google.com. Change proxy with FoxyProxy fixing problem

Google chrome \ vivaldi \edge \ yandex browser and other chromium browsers doesnt have this problem

while I using bing I will receive a Microsoft Points. But after updating Firefox to 120.0, I didn't get any. Somebody know how? I'm sharing you all of my extensions, and others. If someone know how I can again get points please help me.

Is there a way to enable using both a default pattern as well as a custom image for the background on Firefox Color? I really want to enable both but it is making me choose one or the other. Please help me do this or enable the ability to do so.

Opening browser with google.com as part of my home page 'group' or open a new tab no longer signs me into google. It use to. I have already cleared my cookies and cache (pain having to log back into my usual sites). It worked for a day, but zip now. Getting ready to leave my favorite browser since the SeaMonkey days!!

Firefox hangs when I try to maximise the window. If the firefox window is covering half of my screen and I try to maximise by clicking on the window button at the top right, it hangs. I get a message "firefox is not responding, wait or exit." Then I have to select close, and start it again to work. This happens occasionally, once in every 2-3 days.

At first Firefox opened and then immediately closed. Then it simply wouldn't open. I uninstalled it. Changed my profile (as per a suggestion in Support I read about). Reinstalled it. It opens now in "safe/troubleshoot" mode for a few moments. I checked the crash report and there are no current crash reports which might help me with the problem. I can't log back in as it keeps closing after I enter username and try to enter password - i don't think its a password issue - it closes all the time even at other places. I'm at my wits end and don't want to abandon Firefox. Any thoughts appreciated. Many thanks, A

When attempting to update my Mozilla account from my Firefox settings, I was unable to add my secondary email address because of an error message stating that the secondary email account exists...

Repeating this action in case of a bug resulted in being locked out of that particular window.

I have no idea what that error message means, nor how to circumnavigate it. Please help!

I switched from Chrome to Firefox a couple weeks ago. Everything seemed to go fine at first but now my laptop is not syncing bookmarks with my Android phone or desktop PC. My about:sync-log is filled with errors every few minutes. When browsing through them, I see a common reference saying the master password is locked and it can't sync but the primary password option is unchecked in my settings. Interestingly, nothing happens when I click sign out under my profile and I have to go to the Mozilla manage account screen and sign out from there. Sometimes when I do that and log back in, bookmarks will sync once and then error out again. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a problem as my Facebook keeps freezing on Mozilla when I try to add emojis to a post, I have tried all the recommended actions but the issue still persists but it works normaly on MS Edge when I perform the same actions. Help !

I'm having an issue that has been going on for some time now and it finally has me at wits end. My Account sync keeps disconnecting where I have to go through the sign in process again and again. I have searched multiple times for this issue and have seen that others have suffered from the same issue with no clear solution to the problem. I have now tried with several Firefox desktop versions including my preferred browser being Firefox Unbranded, and every single one disconnects me several times daily.

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

Hi, I got a new laptop recently and ever since then I've been experiencing this problem. Websites like https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com or https://ukutabs.com offer the option to autoscroll, so that you can play your instrument without having to pause your playing and scroll further yourself. This feature hasn't been working for me ever since I got my new device and since it's various sites, I suppose the problem must be in the browser itself, I just can't figure it out. In the case of Ultimate Guitar, when I click autoscroll, it does move slightly, once, but then stops again, and you'd miss the movement if you're not paying close attention. I can switch between various speeds on this site as well, but it doesn't do anything. In case of Ukutabs, there's not even any kind of response from the site when I click the option. I tried turning on and off Firefox settings concerning autoscrolling and smooth scrolling, but nothing solved my problem.

When I use the Firefox browser and attempt to open my Evernote, after I enter the password, it will not open on my desktop. I nearly always use Firefox (and prefer it); however, I can easily open Evernote if I use Chrome. How do I correct this problem? Thanks, Jan

Firefox crashes almost immediately upon startup. Have run through each step of: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-crashes-closing-or-quitting

and while I wasn't able to get the RAM memory test application to work, none of the other steps worked either.

I have a content filter installed on this computer, that's the only other thing I can think of that is causing the issue. Help would be greatly appreciated.
