I mostly watch YouTube channels on Firefox on my laptop, but recently have had to change over to Microsoft Edge browser to watch YouTube. The reason is that during a channel stream, when an ad wants to play, YouTube and Firefox freeze and the only way to exit the screen is to either attempt to close YouTube or even open Task Manager to shut down all instances of the Firefox software. Firefox is by far my preferred browser and I'm frustrated that it is unusable in its current state. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but this did not work. Thank you in advance for your help.

This shield on the search bar is making firefox on win11 unusable for me. I set browser.urlbar.trustPanel.featureGate = false but it still displays. Why do they keep making these changes, it seems like every month there is a new change requiring setting changes,

I had problem with a certain website, did trouble shooting mode and refreshed FireFox. Website works now but I keep seeing this when FIreFox starts. I set FireFox starts with default Firefox Home. Any suggestion how to correct this nuisance?

The new VPN feature is really wonderful. But I'll run through my 50gb practically overnight if I leave the feature on and all my YouTube traffic runs through it.

I would like a feature where I can whitelist (or blacklist?) certain websites. Then, my personal browsing on most websites would be protected even if YouTube could get its hooks into me.

I was messing with devtools before on my own site, and now whenever I go to tetr.io I keep getting "Debugger paused". Clicking the little "Deactivate breakpoints" icon in the Debugger tab in devtools changes nothing and it's still there.

tetr.io used to work on Firefox; I think when I was on 154 was when I last went on there.

I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?

I wanted to register a hose reel. I have attached the information provided for registering the product.

When I entered the URL shown on the card stating that the page could not be displayed. I don't remember the error exactly. The strange part is that I could go to the home page, but if I selected the registration option I got the error. So it made no difference how I tried to go to the registration page I got the same error.

I was about to call the manufacture when I decided to try Microsoft Edge. To my surprise the web page opened and I completed the registration.

After completing the registration I went back to FireFox to get the error for this question. To my surprise the web page opened correctly.

Can you explain what is going on and what I should do if it happens in the future?

On updating to firefox 155 in widows 10, I lost my left side bar on start up with just blank page and search engine box, with firefox application menu n top right of screen. I would like my Bookmarks menu on left sideof screen with menu drop-down folders containing site tabs contained in left side bar as previously obtained. Can anyone help with this frustration Many thanks, Dickie
