Facebook simply isn't loading in Firefox anymore - it loads in Edge on my PC just fine and on my Mobile Android Browser .

I've tried disabling all extensions, and clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook still refuses to load and returns the message, attached.

I'm having issues using Firefox with the Facebook site. Groups are slow to load and sometimes the chat and notification windows take forever to load with shimmering panels or a wait cursor displayed. I've cleared the cache and deleted the cookie, but that didn't rectify the issue. I don't have a problem with Edge.

Hello, I am no longer able to sign into my Apple iCloud account and tools (Mail, Calendar, Notes, etc) through my Firefox browser. The problem started this past Friday, and it happening on both my home office and work laptops. When I switch to my Microsoft Edge browser on the same 2 laptops, I am able to sign-in to my iCloud account and tools without any difficulty. So it is not a problem on the Apple iCloud side. I am able to access my iCloud account and tools/apps from my iPhone and my iPad as always. It is only when I try to login from a Firefox browser window that I get a "Failed to Verify Your Identity" error message.

Last week we lost the progress bar at the bottom of videos on Prime Video. When I cursor over the bar it returns Infinity:NaN:NaN. Switching to MS Edge and the progress bar appears as normal. I get the same results in Firefox on both my PC and Laptop. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox to the lastest version. I have NOT added any new extensions in the last year.

Issue: A regression in Firefox version 142.0 (64-bit) breaks the display of the CAPTCHA widget on the login page for https://my8k.me/login

Evidence: The two attached images provide a clear comparison:

   Image 1 (Firefox 142.0): The CAPTCHA area is completely missing or fails to load, showing only a broken element or empty space.

   Image 2 (Other Browsers / Older Firefox): The CAPTCHA renders correctly and is fully functional, confirming the problem is isolated to the latest Firefox update.

Conclusion: This indicates a specific compatibility bug introduced in Firefox 142.0, rather than a general website or user configuration error.

I have been trying for WEEKS NOW to sign into my bank! The bank can use a TEMPORARY password to access my account but once that's over, when I try to log into my bank I STILL CANNOT LOG IN!!!!!!!!!! WTF has happend to Firefox after that last "update" what ever it was they changed, made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to log into my BANK. The problem is NOT the bank it's FIREFOX & FIREFOX NEEDS TO FIX THIS CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM SOON IF NOT SOONER!

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?

I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

I can no longer log in to iCloud applications on Firefox . On my iPhone 11, I receive the request to log in to my Apple account. I followed the same steps and was able to do so on Google Chrome. Attached is the error message.

Ok, this happens every so often. I use a Laptop running up to date Win 11. For the last several days, when I try to get on Facebook, Firefox doesn't log me in all the way. Pages are just frozen and I can't do anything. I back out, I reboot, but nothing works so just now I logged into Edge and am just flying around Facebook! I have changed nothing so it is not me or my machine. Why does Firefox do this? I love it and have used it for years but this drives me crazy!! Thanks

A repeat of a problem I was having a couple of months ago. I go to the reddit website and login with no problems but when I try to comment or load specific threads I get the attached warning come up:

"! Your request has been blocked by network security. Please try to login with your Redit account."

Which doesn't make sense as I'm already logged in. Last time it seemed to clear after 24 hours or so although not because of anything I did as far as I'm aware.

This does not occur on Edge.

I've cleared browsing data and cookies as well as changed network settings from "Use System Proxy Settings" to "Auto detect Proxy Settings from this Network" (because one trouble-shooting site suggested it might resolve the issue)

What's going on?

Is it time to finally dump Firefox for Edge after more than 15 years of loyalty?

I do not have a screen shot of the PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR.

For my Canvas courses, where there should be embedded videos, nothing shows up. However, the videos do appear on both chrome and microsoft edge. I have tried disabling UBlock origin on Canvas and it makes no difference. Attached are screenshots of what I see in Firefox (no video) vs Edge (video).

When I try to open my mail in Yahoo I'm getting the following message" We couldn't load this message. There are no contacts on my list as well. I tried to read my mail on Google and it worked.

I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. I tried in edge (regular, not private) and it plays the stupid slideshow with music just fine, and I can get out of it and view the regular memory page that I want (Music really!? when I go to icloud.com to view and download photos and all my icloud stuff on my phone, I can no longer sign in using firefox. I turned off the shield security but no help. There used to be a pop-up that let you enter the code apple emailed you so you could access your icloud stuff on the web. Now there is no place to enter the code they send you. I enabled pop-ups too, but that didn't work. Help! I need my photos! And I use that site pretty much constantly-
