The email was a "no reply" referring to a "Request ID: NBRBLM37JG -request for an access code" with a link to a "privacy portal" (which wouldn't open).

I don't know why I got this and what (if anything) do I need to do. Do I need an access code? Should I block the one trust.com sender?

The latest Firefox update appears to break video playback on Linux. I am having issues playing video on Twitter, Facebook, and Locals. YouTube video still plays. I have not enabled any new ad blocking and have also not changed any settings. Looking at the Troubleshooting Information in Firefox reveals nothing that is suspect.

The credit card autofill shows all the credit cards but when I click on any of them it does not autofill. Ive used this hundreds of times before and it worked fine. I never changed any settings and the autofill setting is on.

The google search bar on the homepage doesn't work, just does an infinite load, the same with google.com. The extensions I have are AVG Online Security, Malwarebytes, and AVG Anti-Tracking. The version is the latest version 116.0.1

Ubuntu is pushing snaps. However, I am not sure whether snap affects performance and other things. What is the advantage of snap for Firefox? Better security? Avoiding potential library conflicts? I don't think there is any conflict with the regular Firefox deb package. Moreover, the current snap Firefox gives me errors on Ubuntu 22.04. Hi. After recent update I started to see issue where blue/white border is present when clicking web site elements. Ususally this kind of border is present if you select elements via keybaord but in this case it's present when clicking elements with mouse. It usually stop doing this if I close and reopen FF but not for long. Example is in posted screenshot. I have not altered my settings in any way.

I can not access for days my bank account at truist.com. It shows it is loading but never does. I CAN access from any other browser want to use! Truist says it is a Firefox browser issue.

I have several machines on my local network. I work on machine A, and run applications remotely using ssh -X on the other machines. Today I discovered that when I start Firefox on newly-upgraded machine B, it's actually starting the older version that's on machine A. This seems obviously wrong, and is certainly not what I want to happen. I want to run the newer Firefox that's on B, and have it display on A.

Longer details: A runs OpenSUSE Leap 15.0. B runs Leap 15.4. I start an xterm on B with the command " "ssh -X -l me B", and programs other than Firefox I run from that xterm display on A's monitors, as expected. However, when I try to run Firefox (by typing "firefox &" on the command line, what actually runs is the older version of Firefox that is on A, just as if I'd started it with the same command on one of A's terminals.

Is this a known behavior, and if so, is there a way to work around it? Or am I just doing something really stupid?

When I'm using my Firefox browser and signing in to my Gmail account, the autofill function always gives me several old, expired gmail account names that I don't wish to see anymore. It's very annoying. I think I have turned off all the autofill options under Firefox>Preferences, but all these old account names keep showing up. Any suggestions for how to solve this? Thank you

I would like to change the order of Search Bar suggestions, if possible, because I find the "Firefox Suggest" section's results more relevant to what I usually look for.

Specifically, as shown in the image I attach, when I type, I get some suggestions, and then I can see the "Firefox Suggest" section. Is it possible to change the order and place it above the suggestions?

I am experiencing issues with my ChatGPT subscription while using it on the Firefox browser. Despite having an active subscription with access to ChatGPT-4, the interface only shows an 'Upgrade' option instead of the 'Refer a Friend' feature, which suggests that my subscription isn't being recognized properly. I am wondering if this is an issue of Firefox or ChatGPT, any resolution on this?

For the recent past, the font size on FF tabs, url, bookmark bar, tabs and anything else to do with the actual FF program has a font so small that it is unreadable unless I use the W10 magnifier. I have spent hours, days and weeks trying everything I can find to increase the font size and nothing has worked. I am vision impaired and understand that everything cannot be adjusted to my needs BUT there are hundreds of postings on line by people with good vision complaining about the non adjustable font sizes. Does FF have any intentions on finding a fix for this? I am an avid user of FF but am at a point with my vision to where it is too problematic for me to continue using. If you cannot fix this issue then I must find a program that does not have this problem. It may very well be a conflict between FF and W10 but even that were the case, there are supposed to be a lot of intellingent individuals that should be able to remedy this situation. Today 05-08-2023 when useing Firefox, im no longer able to use enter key to execute a simple google search. But it works fine on Edge. I don't want to be forced to switch to Edge, how to i fix it?? it just happened randomly. More precisely it's the center of screen search-bar that don't work. I can still use the standard (top) search-bar

I have already tried to update it, close it, nothing works. And i would really like to not lose all my settings by uninstalling it.

Hi, Since a few days I have a concern : The Firefox window is surrounded by a thin golden yellow line. In full screen mode or not, that's always visible. I searched the web but couldn't find any conclusive solution. If you know please tell me :) It really annoys me :) Thank you.

Certain fonts are displayed not as what I set them to in Firefox's settings.

At first, I thought it was a windows OS font related issue- it's not.

I've followed everything here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1323130 (The answer support link is inaccessible. But following the answer did not fix my issue.)

Also looked to see if any of my add-ons are affecting it. I've disabled them on the sites (in the screenshot) but the fonts are still displayed as attached. Checked to see if the add-on uBLOCK is disabling remote fonts, that feature is not checked so that's not the issue.

the certificate on my linksys lrt 214 router not recognized. used to be able with previous versions to bypass security with advanced tab no longer able to do this cannot use older versions of firefox to bypass. need to access web interface of router at 192.168.1.1 to upgrade certificate but cannot. linksys does not have a work around. please help

Audio on my PC works except on the firefox browser. The browser is not muted, I've checked the volume mixer, i've reinstalled firefox, but nothing seems to work. This just started occurring a couple days ago. When I restart the pc, i will get audio from firefox for a couple seconds then audio stops.

i somehow can't find the 'mozilla' folder in 'appdata/roaming'. i was trying to open my profile folder but it displays the message saying that it's 'unavailable'. i digged in further into the problem and found out that i had no such mozilla folder in appdata. is there any way to fix this problem? or am i just missing something?
