The comment windows are present but do not function. The youtube hosts are accepting comments from other folks. I wonder if some Firefox settings need adjustment so I can participate. If you reply I hope it goes straight to my email address as I nmay not find this site easily/again.

When I have the Firefox browser open, every time I click away from it to another open window I get this stupid graphic that pops up near the bottom right corner of my screen that says "Intelligent Work" and rotates through three different images. It is really irritating and I can't figure out how to make it go away. This is a new computer and I only installed the Firefox browser this week. It only happens when I click off of the browser to any other window.

In recent attempts to join a few webinars I am now getting more and more "TLS Errors." I have noticed that many of the solutions to this problem involve actions that do not solve the problem but create larger issues. Do you have a solution that works safely? I am forced to use Windows 7 unfortunately due to work systems and a long story. I think this is my primary problem but I have to keep using it until the bitter end with this PC.

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

the issue now i have with firefox 124.0.2 is that the transition is now instant when my mouse enters or leaves the window and one of my addon buttons (roboform) no longer works with this userchrome.css edit.

its been a few updates ago it broke maybe 15 or so and now im wondering if there is a better updated script that works like it used to.

i am setting up a new laptop and trying to import all my current data from my old pc. Nothing is right. It imported alll the shortcuts on my toolbar from years ago. None of these are the current bookmarks from my old pc. ive tried syncing, importing again, nothing works. my bookmarks on my side bar are years old. I dont have ANY of these on my old pc as i deleted them years ago. what the heck is happening and how do i get my new pc browser to look exactly as my old pc looks. This is very frustrating. I have over 500 bookmarks on my sidebar. it looks like every bookmark i have EVER used. This is ridiculous.

After signing into an account with Schwab.com, the site has a "Launch" button that opens the Schwab "Streetsmart Edge" trading platform. However, after signing into Schwab.com with the Firefox browser, clicking on the "Streetsmart Edge" Launch button does not work. "Streetsmart Edge" does not open.

This problem only occurs when using Firefox. If using Microsoft's browser there is no problem.

Previously, until about two month ago, the Firefox browser never caused this problem. It worked fine for many years.

I prefer the Firefox browser versus Microsoft. Please research and repair this issue.

About 4 days ago, hotmail suddenly stopped loading on Firefox (though I can still access it on Safari). I've tried clearing my cache and add-ons, etc. I've googled a ton and tried all the things I can find to try, but nothing is working. I am by no means a tech person and so I'm out of ideas and need some help. I know I can use Safari, but I really hate using it and prefer Firefox. Any ideas on what to do? I am using a MacBook Pro - Sonoma 14.4.1

I'm wondering if anyone can shed light on this.... I'm using the very latest version of Firefox 124.0.2 (64bit) And recently having a problem when video chatting on facebook when chatting I can't see the "Cam" Icon to call up. Yet on Crome all is good.

Anyone experiencing issue with YouTube on Firefox - I am not able to select suggestions on YouTube search using up/down arrow keys - On Ubuntu 22.04 - Firefox 124.0.2

The full website link has /users/login, but when I checked the saved passwords, the link stops before the first /, its just websitename.com, instead of wesbsitename.com/users/login, and I suspect the full link not being save is whats causing it not to show up. Is there any way to brute force it to show up?

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

Twice in the past 2-3 weeks I have had to restart the computer, Linux Mint 21.2 Firefox 124(when updated in the past couple of days), due to the mouse freezing up and not being able to move the mouse on the screen. That's not the current problem, but it might help direct things to the final solution.

After the most recent reboot last night now I'm having a rather problem. The up/down arrow keys are no longer scroll me up and down a webpage like they always have in the past. Instead of doing smooth scrolling like they always use to, now they are scrolling me up and down the links on a web page. For example, if I were to be on youtube it would first want to scroll me down the left side links before taking me through each and every video link, when the page goes to load in more videos than it wants to go back and scroll me down the left side links again. It acts like it is taking me through the html code, line by line, instead of scrolling me smoothly down the webpage. The only way I can scroll smoothly down the webpage is to use the mouse on the scrollbar on the right side. It does this both in normal mode and in Troubleshooting Mode.

I have checked and beret scrolling is false as well as beret_shortcut. Use autoscrolling, use smooth scrolling, show scrollbars and always underline links are all clicked on. Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages is unclicked. I have tried different changes between clicking on and unclicking those options with no change being noticed.

How can I get this back to the way it used to run?

Firefox removes the exceptions after every update and they have to be manually re-added. This is a very frustrating user experience. Can you please help me identify if this is an issue with Firefox that can be updated or is it an issue with some setting I have setup.

Exceptions that get reset - Cookies and Site Data, Pop-ups, Add-ons, etc.

Permissions that get reset - All of them Location, Camera, Microphone, etc.

Hello everyone, I’m a fan of Firefox due to its efficient handling of webpage caching and memory management. However, I often find myself switching back to the Chromium-based Edge browser due to one specific feature in its DevTools. In Edge, when I resize the viewport, it stops at a certain limit. If I want to resize it further, I can zoom out and then continue resizing. I find this feature very useful. Is there a way to have similar functionality in Firefox? I’m currently using the Firefox Developer Edition.

It didn't, not always. Over the years, there have been times when the issue would still pop up, but not as often as before (2022 and earlier).

I have a feeling that during an issue, FF is having difficulty setting up shop after starting up. Consequently, it is spending more time before it could become prepared to connect to the Net. I've come up with another "solution," which is deleting (or moving out) xulstore.json in the profile folder after exiting or before starting FF. You can create a batch command or script to execute the process.

So far, FF is connecting immediately after startup.

Please see the attached screenshot. I get this popup EVERY TIME I open FireFox. I've tried a number of different suggested "fixes" from Google Searches with no success.

I want this popup GONE.
