When will the developers put a priority rush on this!!

If you want people to love your product and READILY upgrade to newer versions PLEASE fix this.

Hello everyone, i have Linux/Ubuntu software with Firefox browser and for 5 months it has not asked me to update, with it's pop up message. Now it is urgently asking me to update, i have followed the directions given in order to download the latest Firefox version as instructed but with no success. I am downloading it, but it doesn't have an instruction to "run" it. As a consequence, my system is getting slower and slower and i am afraid it will crush! Any ideas? Sooooos!!!

Ok. I'm visually impaired. until version 90, I think, Firefox was great. Then it got so bad that I tried other browsers, but finding anything with support for the visually impaired is impossible now - we just don't count, that's obvious.

The newest version, what is it? 84357348957? Is impossible. I don't know why the lines between tabs were removed. I assume the developers thought it looked cool, without thinking that SOME OF US DON'T SEE WELL. I can barely use it now. I need to get back to an earlier, at least slightly usable version without losing everything - and I need some way to not be bothered with a popup for update 954785 this week.

Yes, I sound angry. I know that's not cool with tech. But you know? There is no need for 10-20 updates a month. And there's no bloody excuse for the complete disregard for the visually impaired that is now Mozilla's trademark.

For the past few weeks (or more) Firefox will not start up in one of my Mac user profiles. Please find attached a screenshot of the dialog it shows when I try to start it up.

I forget what happened, but I think it has to do with an update to macOS and (perhaps) not agreeing to all security measures that Firefox asked for…

For now, I’m working in DuckDuckGo in this user profile, but I thought I’d ask in case anybody can save me the research time to figure this out on my own.

Why is there a new update weekly? Every time a new update comes up, I have to download the update and it resets my passwords so I have to log back in to everything. Weekly!! And this has already been happening for weeks. Forget it, I'm going back to google.

I need to use a Learning Management System called D2L (Brightspace). When I try to log in it says I need an updated browser. I'm using Firefox 125 on Ubuntu Linux. Is there a newer version? Thanks!

Updated windows 8Apr, now cannot access firefox tabs. Suggested it is due to family options,, but cannot access these in windows settings, nor can i uninstall the update. Help pl!

The title says it all. How do I know my crashed Dell Latitude 5500 (NOT E5500) , 512GB M2 NVME, 32GB DDR4 2400 RAM, W11 Pro x64 is now truly healed and with no glitches due to Firefox 137.0 x64 conflicting with Spectrum Security Suite (most current version by F-Secure {TOTAL} as of 03-31-2025) and thereby crashing the entire computer. I have recovered 90whatever percent functionality to the computer, but cannot take the chance of re-installing Security Suite if there is an unresolved conflict not yet addressed and corrected. I've seen the Mozilla Connection entry about another crash similar to mine involving a different Antimalware APP. And I have seen the posting about the fix applied to correct the same type issues with a Chinese provided Antimalware APP. Has ANYONE addressed Firefox 137.0 induced conflicts with other security APPS like my Spectrum Security Suite? I cannot re-install Security Suite until or IF the conflicts that crashed my Dell 5500 have been addressed and corrected. I'd had to use a 2nd backup computer to go online, find, download, copy to a USB thumbdrive, a "suite" of online security scanners AND proprietary uninstallers, copy all of those to the crashed computer, install the necessary ones, run the scanners to check for malware infection(s), none were found, THEN run the F-Secure uninstaller, successfully removing Security Suite. THEN I had to run Firefox in Safe Mode to find and correct all the damaged website URLs the crash involved. Some 30(?) websites I could not get to until i repaired them. NOW, how do I get Firefox 137.x checked for conflicts with Spectrum Security Suite and have them corrected so I can have my Firefox AND Antimalware APP running together? Why is Firefox constantly downloading updates? It seems it's updating multiple times a week. Is there something crucial that Mozilla developers are finding that needs fixing? I work in IT and I'm a software developer so I'm concerned that Mozilla finds it necessary to keep updating what seems to be too often. Can someone tell me why this is happening? Are there serious problems that need to be fixed quickly? I'm really curious.

I am lost. Not a computer savvy guy. I am very old guy. How do I download the latest version of Firefox. and what does it look like. That is what are its numerical designations. Thanks, Jim
