Hi I'm wondering what people think about emails providing links for donations. If the email address is spoofed and the link is malicious were in trouble. So, assuming the email I received today was from Mozilla (and not a spoofed email address, shouldn't Mozilla ask us to visit it's webpage to make a donation rather than email us a link? Regards

I just had another credit card get fraudulent charges. I have no clue how they are getting my card numbers, I have pulled all but 1 from anywhere online, but they just got another one. I couldn't get Mozilla VPN to work it just quit working at all. I turned Pocket off but I'm still getting 17 to 18 instances of Firefox. Dont know where to go now. Thinking of pulling the plug and starting over.

This is my second request for help. I want to thank those who tried to help me before, but nothing has changed. When I open Firefox I immediately receive three messages, approximately 4 inches wide and 3 inches long on the right side of my browser, covering the areas I need to get to. They claim to be from Mozilla Firefox, have the Firefox logo on the top left, warning that I have a virus, or my files are infected, or a large Alert! And that I need to click "here" to fix the problem. It shows a strange "address" a string of random letters and the odd number and the words "merge network protocol." I did not click on this, or the "dismiss" that is shown. I did, however, click the X in the top right corner of one of these. It disappeared for about three seconds and was immediately replaced by another warning of some type. These messages do not go away when I leave Firefox, they follow me wherever I go. Restarting the computer gets rid of them, but I can't access Firefox without them returning. I have tried to alert Mozilla about this, but have not heard back. Any suggestions?

For some time now I have not been able to access any website secured with Captcha verification. My browser doesn't recognize that I'm a human and keeps going back to square one. Importantly: this problem does not occur in other browsers. However, I would prefer to stay with Mozilla, so it will be nice if something can be done with it. I didn't change any settings, I didn't change hardware, I didn't reinstall Mozilla, so that's not the problem. I've looked through my security settings and don't see anything that would help in this case. Especially since these are websites that I had previously accessed and logged in without any problems.

For a long time, while the Number Lock light is "on" on my keyboard, Firefox does not recognize that it's on. This should be a basic binary. 0=0, 1=1. 1 should never equal 0.

I have to got into another program and type numbers there to get it to work. But it doesn't last. I hate it when I'm trying to do something quick and I have to fight with something that I should NEVER have to fight with.

How to I get Firefox to ALWAYS recognize that Number Lock is on when it is on?

This is not the first time you have sent an email to me indicating I should "View all sites where your info is exposed", and each time I receive your emails the sites you suggest are sites I have never seen before, let alone logged into with a password.

I use a Password Organizer Book, with all of my logins and passwords for each site I use. I do not use a password app, and have NEVER used a password app. Each time I go to the website you suggest, It's always a site I have never seen before so it would be impossible to login and change the password. I always check my Password Organizer Book to make sure.

I don't know what you want me to do since I cannot login to the website you are suggesting. Is there action I should be taking? I don't know what it would be, but if you know please let me know.

Hello,

I process phishing URL's,

I have recently come across URL's that make use of a BLOB: syntax on the URL:

blob:https://bolig.botik.dk/16c8c011-0fa5-4ba0-a10f-ed7675055cc6

You can see an example of the Phishing URL in this PhishTank entry:

https://phishtank.com/phish_detail.php?phish_id=9118779

That URL then re-directs to the above "BLOB" URL.

My understanding is that it is "locally" generating the phishing website, similar to an old fashioned about: syntax, however it's not clear what the significance of bolig.botik.dk URL is - loading that URL without the BLOB: prefix causes an error

Can someone explain:

1) What is the BLOB: syntax, and 2) what would be reported to have the phishing URL removed in the above example?

Hi there,

I am using Firefox Desktop in Windows 10. I activated master key password for the browser. Suddenly, I noticed that the pop up appear in the browser after open. If I close the pop-up or cancel it then it doesn't force me to type password. I easily can use the browser without using password. This is horrible!

please fix it
