I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Can someone help me with this? I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

When attempting to sign in using google on firefox, the page I've included as an image below pops up. In order to solve the issue, I've tried clearing cookies and browsing data, refreshed firefox, and uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox. This happens on all websites, and only when using firefox.

Every time now I get asked additional info just to use FB, as in scoping what's happening. It seems that the info FB has for me to cont6act me is no longer correct, e.g. I want to check the mobile phone number that is on my record. Where can I check that (what is the link) ?

I can reach Bank of America, sign in and do everything except the pay bills page is blocked. There is no issue with Chrome. I cleared the cache and cookies, and have the latest update Please tell me what to do next

After the most recent Windows X desktop update (131?) Hulu/Disney logged me out of my account, and would not log me back in, despite changing my password. It also would not allow their chat bot to open a live chat window, I had to find a physical tech support phone number and get a live person on the phone, which wasn't easy, as they bury that number deep. After several frustrating tries with the desktop, they had me log in with Firefox on my Android phone, which worked, and on Chrome on my desktop, which also worked fine, so the problem is obviously with the Firefox Windows update, which I must say has been getting buggier and buggier with each progressive update and has been getting worse over the past 2-3 years or so. I will also say that MAX on Firefox crashes after every ad plays and between every episode, Amazon Prime has the same problem, and YouTube will refuse to play vids every 36 hours or so, claiming that Adbock violates TOS, despite Adblock being disabled, forcing me to log out of YT, and log back in, which fixes the issue for about 36 hours. Paramount+ also won't let me log in, in a similar issue to Hulu/Disney. So are there any fixes planned for these known issues? Or is Mozilla just planning on giving up and going out of business? They haven't seemed interested in fixing these issues for several updates now.

Noticed earlier today that after a Firefox update two icons appeared on the taskbar. Now I'm finding that whenever I try open Firefox from the taskbar it doesn't remember my previous session and looks as if I've signed out, Firefox behaves normally if I launch from the start menu.

I'm using Firefox Browser Windows MSIX package, mozzilla-MSIX - 1.0 v1.3.1.0 (64-bit). On Windows 11 Pro v23H2 build 22631.4169.
