more Details concerning the problem you can see here ! It should be great if you could help us with some diagnostics, for example why the problem only appears with FF on Linux, not with FF on WIN.

STR:

1. Launch Linux FF
2. Visit this page "Potential issue with plugin PITM" (Preview here
3. Because you will need an Account for visiting account please follow "Konto eröffnen" (Create Account) instructions).
4. After my approval for the account please visit again "Potential issue with plugin PITM"
5. Click "1.png" Below heading "Attachments", that should work without problems.
6. Close image view
7. Move Mouse pointer to image below heading "My test with a screenshot" – should become magnifier
8. Now Click that image

  » Actual:  New TAB opens, but without image view.

What are your results? FF Linux Problem or something else?

I'd like to cancel Relay. I have been having problems with getting logged onto sites that I need quickly. This morning Norton would not let me on to see my privacy report.

Please tell me how to delete/cancel Relay.

Hello, everytime I want to open a website that I frequently use, Firefox fails to suggest it as first and rather suggests the "base" url. Example: I want to open https://www.arabdict.com/en/deutsch-arabisch but typing "ara" in the URL input field always suggests https://www.arabdict.com although the first link is both bookmarked and pinned on home. Can someone tell me how to fix this if it's even fixable yet? Chrome does this if you want to compare the user experience I'm missing since switching to Firefox. Thank you!

When I open Firefox (with administrative privileges) lt won't stay open, it just looks like it going to load my previous season (at least that's what should happen), but after a few seconds it just stops and closes, all at once? Also, I should mention; Firefox is updated, Using Windows 10. I've tried to trouble shoot a little . . .

Now, at one point it did open, and I decided to refresh Firefox (removing extensions and restoring to default settings) by going to 'More troubleshooting information' option, then clicking the Refresh Firefox button. Closed it, restarted my laptop, and Firefox, added my usual extension / add-on. (I was thankfully able to save my bookmarks or back them up).

Should I just remove Firefox all together from my laptop, and reinstall it??

Hi, To who it may concern, a big thank you. I am a longtime Linux Firefox user. I had a secondary password, but somehow it has been deleted. I have changed my primary password and I have full access to Gmail, Youtube and other Google pages. My email address has always been the same for many years. It is recognised by Firefox when I type "My account on Firefox" though I am not allowed to enter another secondary email address.

Message is: Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because format is not supported.

IMO not a network issue......

Why am I getting the message below every time I try to go on the The Great Courses website? The Great Courses Customer Service Dept it is Firefox that is blocking me from accessing their website. Please tell me how to correct the problem.

Despite having the Pop-ups box ticked, I continue to get these 4 in a row, from McAfee. I have been running a system clean for 3 days, and still get these pop-ups. I have TotalAV, but nothing I do has made a difference.

When I open a page from Fox I get a message in a ribbon" Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later." Really everything seems to work and there is an x to close the ribbon. Just wondering if I need to adjust any settings. Thanks

My computer needed to be updated so I click on update without closing any programs because the computer usually does it. At this time I was in the School Library well the update was completed so I open up Firefox usually when i open firefox after a shutdown or some other reason. I can go to Open Application Menu>History>RestorePreviousSession but before I clicked on Restore Previous Session I realize that I need to go to class, so I closed my computer. once in class I open my computer up and I try to restore my previous session but by the time that I tried to restore it my session was deleted and my question is if anyone at FIREFOX can help restore that deleted session because I was working on my research project which is due this week, and in that particular session I had tabs open that I need so i can finish my project.
