Dear Firefox Support Team,

My Mozilla Account was Accidentally Deleted Today and I'm Looking to Recover my Data (History / Passwords / etc.). Is There any Way to Do so?

I created multiple profiles with the new [management] feature. Amazing, I've been waiting for it for years!

If I open all my profiles I can distinguish them since they all have a different icon. I can also pin all the profiles (Keep in Dock) to the MacOS dock.

When I quit all Firefox instances, I would like to be able to immediately jump back to the desired profile.

Instead I get multiple Firefox icons (without the icon profile, that disappear after I quit Firefox). I find this inconvenient.

Hello, I periodically check to see if there is a way to stop dynamic tab resizing without having to edit the registry. I have tried several methods involving tab size in settings and nothing has worked to stop the dynamic resizing. Any new ideas out there?

Also McAffee notification with all these popups stating that my McAffee protection expired yesterday - I have never had a McAffee notification for a virus or pair for protection from them. Popups are happening every 10 seconds continuously! looks like about 20 or more popups describing different problems with 20 digit numbers and letters as a serial number of the problem!

I've used Firefox for 20 years through the various iterations of Windows, and have been using it trouble free on Windows 11 since November 2024. Two days ago, however, When I tried to open the Guardian site (www.theguardian.com) it would open very slowly and not load and of the pictures. This gradually got worse, the site taking for ever to open at all, and always with the little dot in the tab at the top left going from side to side showing it was still loading. I have tried everything I can think of. Opened in troubleshoot mode, changed DNS settings, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox twice (one time to see if it would work normally if I didn't actually sign in to my account). All to no avail. In fact now things are worse, in that the GOV.Uk website is now giving me similar problems - and a few other sites have become slightly slow and reluctant to open as well. My internet connection seems fine, and all these sites open without any trouble on Microsoft Edge. I am NOT very good at tech, and I am now tearing my heair out as to what I can try next.

Any help wopuld be gratefully received!

When I click on a link in emails to open in browser if email has display problems, it opens a blank webpage and a small window that I clicked on OK reappears with Firefox as my default browser. See attached screenshot. If I select Edge to open the email, it works fine.

All of a sudden I am getting loads of SPAM emails and when I try to unsubscribe, I get a Secure Connection Failed error. I have marked them as SPAM but they just keep coming, daily.

Hello everybody, i hope you are having a great day!. I have a problem with Youtube about the frames drops, in 1080p60fps i have drops but in 1080p normal don't. For system operative i'm using Fedora 43. And the Firefox version is the 145.0.1 64 bits. My specs are low: Intel i5 6200u with his integrated graphics (Intel HD 520) Already installed the extension h264ify, and i think i have all the correct drivers and codecs from the rpmfusion (ffmpeg, mesa freeworld) If u need more detail and information i can give it to you. As of 12/9/25, Firefox seems to now prevent Theme add-ons from working if there is a contrast setting configured in Windows configuration. (Version 146.0) Previously, this allowed a very aesthetically pleasing view. I would greatly enjoy having that option again. Thank you.

When trying to log into my work Microsoft Office 365 account on Firefox, a QR Code is supposed to appear, which I scan with my phone and the MSFT Authenticator app logs me in. This doesn't happen in Firefox but instead says, "Touch your security key to continue with login.microsoft.com. I am not using a security key and they are not allowed by my work. This works fine on Chrome based browsers.

Is there some setting that will fix this or is this a bug with Firefox?

Greetings ! For the last two days I have not been able to access Facebook or Amazon websites. When I use a shortcut or try to type in the URL, the display says something like using Google or such when I have my default set to Firefox ( And I confimed that it is set as such). I can click on a tab or reach anything else ok. Also, those two are accessible through Chrome or Edge ok on here and also on my phone and tablet.I have cleared cache and such multiple time and removed extensions. It is just those two sites on this device on Firefox. I think there was an update recently too.. Thanks for an assistance anyone can give. Cherry
