Firefox is labeling *.CSV downloads as "Firefox HTML Document."

I don't see *.CSV files in the "Applications" list for file handling.

The mime-type on the download is set server-side to "text/csv".

It won't save open tabs when I close Firefox. Each time I have to go to: Setting>>History>>Recently closed windows. In General settings it's ticked Open previous windows and tabs. I already tried to turn off all extensions.

Windows SSO Has been enabled and working for about two weeks but today randomly it is now prompting me for my login information again and the device compliance or AAD Join status is not passed through to Azure Sign-in Logs.

I am on Version 129.0.2, I know it came out recently but I dont think I updated today or atleast I wasnt aware it did.

Yesterday there was a Firefox update. After the update, I could not open Firefox. The message was that 2 files were not "compatible." I don't recall the names of the files. So, stupidly, I decided to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. Now, when I try to download Firefox, I get a message that the "virus scan failed." What do I need to do to install Firefox?

I am unable to access Spectrum.net. I was able to access until a couple of days ago. Now I get the error "Feature Unavailable This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again from home or contact us for assistance. IDID-4000." I have contacted Spectrum and since I can access from Edge they say it is your fault. I really don't want to use Edge. When I have the https://www.wavve.com/ site(VOD site of South Korea) open and I'm looking at a different tab, Firefox automatically redirects wavve.com to https://wavve.co/. It doesn't happen every time.

When I click on the print icon of an email (on MacBook Pro, Mac OS 14.6.1), it gets stuck on the message "preparing document". Any suggestion on how to solve this?'

I cannot print anything on my computer since this PDF Print appeared. Everything was going along as per normal, now this. How do I get it back to the "normal" situation for me. Receive an email, hit the print button and lo and behold a printed sheet, etc. It is driving me to distraction. I have been using FireFox since whenever, no problems. I'm not too computer savvy but enjoy its use like anyone else. Something I will be able to follow and implement. I have seen a delete article but couldn't get it to do anything for. nevermind. fixed itself. maybe it just took it a lot longer than expected

I have two firefox accounts. Got a new computer and trying to sync to the new one. I have tried to sync both of them. But only 34 of 300 passwords transferred and only 20ish bookmarks of 100s transferred.

I have tried looking into both accounts on both computers at the same time, run sync, but nothing more will transfer

Withing the past 2-3 months FireFox is getting sluggish...and it's getting worse. I don't make changes to many of the internal settings just those in the settings page.

some web pages will take for every. I did a race...FF vs edge...edge won big time. I don't like edge but on some sites I'm being forced to use it.

any suggestions.

I have to sign-in to my computer this morning, which normally indicates a Microsoft update ran the previous night.

DuckDuckGo, Chrome, and Edge all seem to be able to pull up website; not so for Firefox.

I redownloaded Firefox - no change. I deleted Firefox, ran CCleaner, and downloaded the software again - no luck.

I cleaned my registry of its orphan files - no luck.

I turned off my VPN - no luck.

So I am forced to use another browser until I can get this fixed.

Suggestions?

Firefox autofill always fills my phone number as +!(xxx)xxx-xxxx, despite most forms not accepting the country code. I have tried to remove it in the saved autofill address, but it keeps putting it back in. This makes the autofill not work. Why can I not disable this!?!?!?!

I have been a firefox user for 5 years now and i gave my laptop to repair and it was fixed with an ssd (HP NVMe SSD) to better performance and more speed and efficiency but in the process he rebooted and restarted the pc and now all my data is not there , i have some very important webpages and bookmarks in my firefox browser, i had signed in synced and done everything so that i get the data if something like this happens , however and only 3 or 4 bookmarks were imported and all the search history is gone and new even though i signed in with all my accounts and synced and tried to get the data , i remember that i did everything properly to sync and store the account data,search history,bookmarks and password s and now i am not able to get it and i tried doing it with all accounts i had logged in firefox.how do i get my search history,bookmarks,saved passwords back please tell?

HDR videos (specifically smpte2084 (PQ) / bt2020 videos) on youtube don't show correctly since last few updates of firefox on mac M1 & M2 sonoma 14.5. Firefox shows overly bright (almost whitewashed) videos, seems like something changed either with MacOS or firefox in last few updates. Firefox was working fine on older MacOS last 2 years with HDR videos.

Suppose, the current page that I'm on has multiple listings where MANY titles return "big money" AND "small money" but I only want to receive ones with "small money".

How if possible can I do that?

I have a website that I go to frequently that does not require a username, only a password. However, on Firefox it insists on a username, and won't let me enter the site without one. The website owner simply does not require a username. I just tried to check into another site and it insisted my password was wrong. I had just changed it and knew it to be correct in format. This relay system is screwing up my browsing and I want it off my machine. Help me!

Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking Protection (Strict Mode) is known to cause issues on x.com

Can not go to x.com because of this, so what happened between last night and today? This is not a good thing for Firefox and it is upsetting!
