I have used Firefox for years and also use Kaspersky as my security along with Kaspersky's password manager. Recently, after a Firefox upgrade, while using Firefox to access websites using passwords it will not auto fill from Kaspersky. I have the extension installed. Kaspersky works on all other browsers.

I couldn't find a category for Firefox accounts/Mozilla accounts, so this question will be posted in the Firefox forum.

TL;DR Is there any way to get in touch with someone at Mozilla who can correct a faulty notification email address for a Firefox/Mozilla account?

My best guess is that when I first created the Mozilla account, I used the Gmail address, and even after changing the primary and secondary email addresses for the account, the Gmail address still remains somewhere in some database in the backend and it can't be removed or changed by an end user. Is there any way Mozilla can fix this issue?

Today I received an email introducing the renaming of Firefox account to Mozilla account. The email was sent to my old Gmail address even though I've changed both the primary and secondary email address in my Mozilla account settings a long time ago.

Email notifications about sign-ins and/or changes that are made to the Mozilla account are sent to the correct email addresses that I've configured in the account. So the issue is with general announcement emails regarding Mozilla accounts.

I have not received the email about the Mozilla account renaming to the email addresses that are configured in the account. Somewhere down the line I will delete the Gmail account, but that will also mean that I won't get these kind of announcements and thereby risk missing important information regarding the account.

I can play movies on DVD and Blu Ray discs on my computer just fine. And, if I host an online meeting using Zoom or Free Conference Calls, participants in the meeting can watch the movie. I do this by playing the movie locally with a media player, and sharing my desktop. However, when I try to watch a movie in an online meeting, participants just see a black window. Do you know the reason?

I'm using Windows 10, Firefox 118.0.2.

i have been using Tor.browser as my default web browser on Macbook for months. Firefox is my 2nd, but two days ago, i was kicked out of Tor, cannot download/use it anymore and the reasons given are as follows:

"Tor.browser quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information." Ignore Report Reopen (options)

when i have deleted and tried to re-install tor browser, I get the notification that

"Tor Browser quit unexpectedly". No matter what I do

 (I have since done both, obviously & have tried many other things, including trying to Time Travel, which I am not 100% sure how to yet).  the Report states Firefox is responsible for blocking Tor.  how did this happen and suggestions on how to fix.  I have to access Tor to find some pertinent files etc. I have stored there.  thanks

Hello, my websites that I use when at work are now not functioning, including but not limited to

class link, google drive, google forms, google doc, google sheets

I can't access any of them or share any of them with coworkers for some reason. Of course Google browser lets me do everything however, I prefer fire fox instead, because I have been using FFox for many years.

So someone please fix this issue!

I have not been able to sign in to my firefox account. I recently re-installed windows and tried to log in in firefox but its giving the error "The request was blocked for security reasons". How do i fix it? Help me i have important bookmarks and websites that i don't want to lose.

Directv streaming has been operational since I signed up a few weeks ago until today using FireFox browser except today. After signing into Directv , the channels display correctly but will not open for viewing. Need guidance on the fix.

I'm finding and have for a while now that Firefox does not work correctly with mainly financial sites and I'm having to switch to Microsoft Edge to get things done. It doesn't matter what I do I don't seem able to correct this problem, turning off ad blocker and tracers makes no difference, clear my cache and basically turning everything off makes no difference. Also another annoying thing irrespective of setting your default browser some links from company emails always default to Edge which I absolutely detest.

I have an older piece of equipment that I need to communicate with it and the 232 interface will only work through Firefox. I was told I can downgrade the current version to 3.0, which is what I need, but I cannot find out how. HELP

I have an email account blocked (jgcaller129@gmail.com) and have tried the sync tab at the top corner of my computer. It sends a message with a number to this blocked email to unblock it- how am I supposed to get an email from you on a blocked account. How do I unblock this account. I have tried several times with the same result now the icon to sync isn't there anymore. PLEASE HELP This email is very important to me. You can send a reply to an alternate email account (also linked to Firefox -jgcaller15@gmail.com).

In the past 30 days I had these accounts hacked:

3 gmails accounts (all of them the hacker was using Firefox 50)

Microsoft account

Xbox account

Facebook

All my sites (Hostgator blocked my account)

I ran a antiviurs on my PC and cellphone, and nothing was found

Any ideas/suggestions?

Is it safe to have my passowords saved on Firefox?

when i try to use my banking app the payment section shows page not found. bank chat person said it was extensions in my browser. i downloaded firefox , i guess it has extensions too. can i disable the extension or extensions that cause this and which ones do this
