I cannot pin the extension to the toolbar. The extension is not shown in the puzzle icon dropdown, and it is not in the overflow. Please add an automatic pin to the toolbar when a new extension is added! How do I pin it now?

What?: Using screensharing option in Google Meets stuns computer. Where?: Version 132.0.2 (64-bit) macOS 15.1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Google Meet meeting. 2. Click Share screen. 3. Select "Use operating system settings" - this is the only option available 4. Click Allow. Current behaviour: The screensharing feature stuns the computer, showing the loading mouse cursor for ever. I can't select the screen I want to share. The computer is unusable even after quitting Firefox. The computer should be restarted. Desired behaviour: The screensharing works normally.

In recent weeks when I open my Macbook and go to https://meet.google.com, the page that loads says "404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know." The issue is only on Firefox and not Chrome or Safari. When I see the error page, I look at the URL and it has the word "unsupported": https://meet.google.com/unsupported?meetingCode=landing&ref=https://meet.google.com/landing

So I dragged firefox to the trash, reinstalled and the issue persisted. I do not have a VPN. I'm using my own Wifi at home. If I switch to my desktop computer (m2 mac ultra) and go to the same Google Meet URL, I don't get a 404 error on firefox, however no one can hear my microphone any more as of 1 month ago, when I didn't have this issue in the past and I've done everything that everyone has told me to (in order to fix it) and nothing has worked.

I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

I am in the process of moving all of our passwords into 1Password. However, I discovered that my wife has her Firefox set to auto login, but can't remember her user name and password. So, although she can use it, she can't change update the password. The fact that on setup, auto login is the default makes this doubly frustrating. So, is there any way to get to the password?

When I download an attachment from Gmail, I would like to just download it. However, Firefox now opens the attachment in a new tab before I can download it. Is this new? Is there a way to turn this off?

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?

I'd love to have Firefox release version and Firefox beta installed side-by-side on my Mac. Is it possible? If not, how do I make it so without encountering weird problems? If any from Firefox's dev team are reading this, please just make this possible. Chrome and Edge do it. Firefox should, too, IMO. Thank you.

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

Microsoft Excel is no longer listed i Applications as download option. All files downloaded automatically are stored as Microsoft Word files, not just excel files. I can change individual files manually to .xlsx which is a nuisance, but this also happens with Zip files (7Zip) and I am at a loss as to how to change them when they are downloaded as a Word document.

This does not happen on a newer MacBook Pro, but I need it to work with the older version. The older Mac is MacBook Pro 9.2 with MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 Firefox is version 103.0

At some point, I have lost the ability to use "Command `" to toggle among open pages: those listed as available in the Windows menu.

Has this function been deleted? Can I restore it? Any assistance appreciated.

Hello. I would like to use Firefox on my Mac, but my processor is a 2.7 GHZ Quad-core Intel i5 and I would want to download the Vidiq extension. I have checked the other system requirements and they are fine.

Will Firefox work with this processor? Would the Vidiq extension work ok?

lost synced tabs on phone from old imac. goal was to move all tabs on phone to new imac desktop. is this possible? Did I do it wrong? Is this a two way process? Reason was old imac froze on ios upgrade. cannot access FF. bought new imac. Can I recover with extension to access FF account I saw? Thanks

I use a 2017 Apple Desk top Retina 4. I just made Firefox my default browser, trying to allow all cookies for my online banking with dollar bank. I have always had this account on Firefox, since 2020, but for some mysterious reason after successfully logging on, with access to all my data, I am automatically logged out as soon as I select Pay My Bills. Advice from dollar customer service is not helpful. I don't want to erase all my cookie/cache files. (pop up windows are allowed). Are there steps I should take to be sure all cookies are allowed for this particular site? Ventura 13.2.1 is the latest Apple OS.
