I am having a very frustrating problem that is driving me huts.

Just the other day I was commenting in a text box like this one and I hit caps lock on my keyboard and a little grey box I had never seen before appeared with a locked lock. Then when I hit caps locks again on my keyboard an unlocked locked appeared in the little grey box. But it stays in cap locks and no matter what I do it won't go back to lower case. And when I say nothing shuts it off I mean its doing that on every site I try to comment on. Shutting down the browser does not help. And the only way I can get caps lock off is to actually shut down my whole computer and basically start all over.

You community volunteers are the best and quickest help I can get so I went straight to you for help.

Several instances of this "verification.exe" malware appear on download history when firefox is opened as shown. Remove from history or clear downloads doesn't eliminate them. They reappear whenever firefox is opened.

Suggestions to eliminate this nuisance welcome.

Why some Wikipedia pages cannot activate reading mode under Debian 12 and Firefox ESR 115.9.1, for example this English Wikipedia page on Emmabuntüs does not allow reading mode to be activated while French, Spanish and German pages can ?

I've just noticed a "Tree Of Tabs" option. I right-clicked a dozen tabs, hit Bookmark This Tree. The webpages disappeared. Now I can't find them, and they're not listed anywhere in history or recently closed tabs.

Hello. I have put my language everywhere on the settings which is latvian. For possible translations i have only put english. Some pages, for example, whatsapp web is showing in russian ( i mean the app data for sure, not the messages), also some homepages i use open automatically in russian. How can i put latvian by default or if its not available for the homepage, put english automatically?

This has been happening for about a year now, I followed the guide and tried the troubleshoot mode and my tabs still crashes.

I have a question.

I just spent about 6 hours marking up a 39 page form using PDF editor. It worked great, but I’d like to know if I’m able to save my progress. I may want to make edits or changes to the PDF but don’t want to start completely over.

Is there an option to save the PDF in its current state so I can make changes or edits in the future?

I’m able to save the PDF as a PDF but I cannot find an option to save it for future use or edits.

mouse pointer is nice size in general but becomes VERY small when I go into websites. this happens when i use either floorp or firefox but is fine when i use chrome( would rat5her not use google). i just don't see where I can fix this in Firefox settings

We still use some Dell 13g servers equipped with idrac 8. When I'm trying to launch the virtual Console the window opens up but nothing shows. This used to work fine in previous versions of Firefox. I can't tell from which version it stopped but it's not long ago. Also idrac 9 console works fine in Firefox When trying to open console idrac 8 in Chrome it works fine Any idea what could be causing it? Any config switch to tweak?

For the last few months YouTube appears to have broken CSS and text in multi-line blocks is broken and overlaps. I'd guess this is only for text that auto line wraps. The example screenshot is of a pseudo dialog but the problem is everywhere on multi-line text in YouTube.

I've been seeing the black embed icon appear when I select text. It's only been recent. My browser is 125.02 and up to date and I have Windows 11.

Is this from a recent update? I'd like to disable it if possible.

I can open the Chase bank site, but cannot log into my account. I can log into my Chase account using Edge. This may have happened after the most recent update to Firefox. Any ideas how to fix this?

I am trying to log on to my account at SketchUp. At the login page i hit get started and a black page come up except in the top left corner is typed "Firefox not responding" the page hangs a few moments then it takes me back to SketchUp login. I have not had any recent updates done or required since last logged in and that was yesterday all worked well.

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. This addon, after download, installs fine as a temporary addon.

How can I install it permanently?
