Background Vimeo video will only load in private window

I have a Vimeo video file which is loaded into the background of a web page as a simple HTML video element with all inline properties set to allow it to run - muted, playsline, autoplay.
It works fine on all other browsers, and even on a private window in Firefox (72.0.1) but absolutely will not load in a normal Firefox window. It fails with a 403 HTTP error, and I just cannot see why.
The URL is https://dancersvscancer.co.uk/ - it's a simple website for charity event in February.
Any ideas? I'd be grateful for the help.

Opening Firefox by launching a hyperlink results in the top level menu of Firefox not showing.
If I click on a hyperlink anywhere (in an email for instance) that launches Firefox (my default browser) it works but the top level menu of Firefox (File, Edit, View etc.… (tuilleadh eolais)

I can hover over where it should be and see partal dropdown menus. The same hyperlink works fine if I make Safari my default browser. I have Catalina 10.15.2 - Firefox 72.0.1. I have tried changing screen appearnace from light, to dark to auto and have also disabled add-ons in Firefox. Any advice much appreciated.

Trying to bookmark a website DIRECTLY TO AN EXISTING FOLDER. I was able to do this until I updated to 68.4.1esr. Now it won't let me "choose" a folder. All I can do is book mark it and then open bookmarks, show all bookmarks, find the bookmarked page and move it to the folder. Seems like a heck of a lot of unnecessary work to add a bookmark. I've searched the support site w/no luck. I would welcome step by step instructions for non-techie people. :-)

I've tried all of the suggestions. I tried all the print options. I tried using the Print Edit extension. I disabled extensions. I used safe mode. I tried deleting all the Preview prefs. I tried deleting every trace of Firefox and Mozilla from my hard drive, then reinstalling Firefox. I deleted and reinstalled my printer drivers for a monochrome Brother laser printer HLL 2370 that is only a few months old. I'm running macOS 10.11.6
Web pages print correctly in Brave, Safari, and iCab. Therefore this is a problem with Firefox. It's a perennial problem that I have had for many years. I have ALWAYS had problems printing web pages in Firefox. It's always something. I don't understand how something so basic can continue to go unfixed when other browsers don't have a problem with it. I'm baffled by the whole thing.

My desktop configuration has 3 displays: my macbook's LCD and two external LCDs. If I have FF open on a screen other than the primary display, the bookmarks right click menu opens on the primary display instead of the display the browser is using. (but it is still scaled for the FF display such that it appears to be too small on the primary display - i.e. my laptop's smaller LCD screen)
