My LastPass extension appears as a black box with an elipse. It is red when it is active. I have logged in to LastPass, and when I go to the extensions icon and select "Open Extension" nothing happens. It's not filling in any of my login information.

Constantly seeing websites loading with these unusual fonts. I deactivated the setting which allows websites to render their own fonts and have disabled seversl add ons with no resolution. I am on Mac OS 14.2

I'd like to now if it's possible to roll out a version of Firefox with password manager disable. While still be able to have the account option enable so Bookmarks and History can be synced.

As my work place has disable Firefox account sync saying they cannot disable Firefox password manger.

If someone could please if this is possible is so can you share how this would be done.

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

So I have 2 screens. I put Youtube tutorials in my rightmost screen and have unreal engine open in my leftmost screen. I use my keyboard keys to pause the videos so I can type stuff or make changes as I follow along tutorials. Each and every time I hit pause/play this popup appears in the top-left of my leftmost screen showing a picture of the video that I have open (why this redundancy....I have it full screen already on screen), it shows a huge title of the vid (again with the redundancy I don't need another title of a vid that I am watching to keep appearing), it shows a rewind/play/fast forward which is really really poorly thought out.........we have those keys on our keyboard this just is more stuff blocking our view. All of these things block out the top left stuff in my window (file/edit/asset/window/tools/help)...its so large it blocks out all tabs open in this window...its so large it even blocks out part of my viewport and other areas in that vicinity. Now all of these things it blocks out are important and I need to use them. When I pause vid I am immediately needing to use things in this space. Then you turn it off using the solution: media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled = false and your buttons also stop working. So now you cannot pause/play without mousing off screen to YouTube and manually restarting.

So my first and most important question is how to HIDE not disable the use of the buttons associated with this.

My second question that I really want to put in all caps with expletives and maybe copy and paste the question like 5000000 times so that the amount of frustration this causes on a constant basis with every workflow that I need to use vids as part of it...is WHYYYYY?!?!?!

Ait now that last bit was for flair but I'm not even really joking with that one.

I seem to having an issue with adding search shortcuts on FF, I am following this guide:

But I'm stuck at step #4 as the table seems to be disabled.

This is a personal laptop and has not policies on it.

i use to have firefox or mozilla on my toolbar, do not know how to question or figure out what i am looking,

is it adding tab firefox or mozilla to the toolbar, when on toolbar you would click on firefox for a new tab.

I accidentally hid the menu bar and toolbars (with an accidental keyboard shortcut, I think), and when I re-enabled them, now the tab bar is above the location bar instead of right above the content windows. How do I move it back? I can't find the "browser.tabs.onTop" setting in about:config, or any check box in the View menu, settings, etc.

I'm using Firefox 119.0.1 on Ubuntu Linux.

For whatever reason the Picture-in-Picture button keeps not showing up in normal places like Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. I can make it come back by going to the Settings turning off the Picture-in-Picture option (Which is always still active) refreshing the settings then going back to Picture-in-Picture and turning it back on and then finally refreshing the video I was trying to use, but this is kind of a lot to have to do every time it happens and it seems to be happening more and more, so I'd like to fix the root cause instead if possible. Any ideas?

I want extensions to have white/black-lists, so they're only allowed or blocked on certain pages e.g facebook container ruins instagram experience... and I can't block it on *instagram.com* Such feature would significantly enhance UX on firefox

Is there a way I can disable the "Pop out this video" button on the video player itself but keep the toggle present in the url bar? I have attached the pictures of what I am talking about I don't like the pop out button appearing on the video everytime I try to use my mouse around the video player but like the option of picture in picture seems like a good option for me.

Currently if I try to disable the button from the menu after right-clicking, it also disable the button present in the url bar.

Cannot prevent intrusive unwanted video on some pages; notably, CTV.ca which has an annoying widget which autoplays constantly and blockers are not effective, neither is video.autoplay.default=5 That USED to be the default no-fail go-to, now it has no effect whatsoever and I'm stymied in my attempts to block this stuff. What's next? How do i do this?

My extension is greyed out in the Extensions drop down. I have redeployed it in the Mozilla Developer Hub but to no effect. It has been down for a couple of days. What could be the reason behind it and how can I fix it?

I'm using Firefox for Windows and usually have a few set pages that appear every time I open a new window. Every now and again, I have to add, remove, or change one of these pages. The issue is that I have to see something like this whenever I want to change anything.

Naturally, whenever I open a new window in Firefox, this is automatically interpreted to open multiple pages. However, this way of displaying them is still inconvenient. I want to know if we can get something more like this.

Some websites, like my bank, don’t let you paste into the password field. I don’t want to manually type in the password. I found a workaround:

1. Go to about:config
2. Search for dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled
3. Double-click it to change the value to "false"

But the problem is that pasting into a google document no longer works. I have to revert the value back to “true” to get copy-pasting working in a google document.

Is there a way to have the best of both worlds: paste in google docs and paste in sites that block pasting, like my bank?

I moved to Firefox because I have autism and someone told me it would help block the popups and moving content that makes using the web exhausting and difficult. And it does!

The trouble is, it replaces them with something worse – a grey screen that rolls continuously from left to right. It's impossible to focus on text with such intrusive visual distraction, so I have to shut the page down. It seems to occur on so many websites that at the moment it's not worth trying to use the browser.

Half the problem is that I don't know the right term to describe it, which makes troubleshooting a bit complicated. Hopefully someone will recognise it from the description, though – if so, is there any way of stop it moving, please?
