My Windows 10 PC died - I was able to recover the data on the hard drive using an enclosure.

Bought a new PC with Windows 11 preinstalled and want to restore my configuration

Things I want restored:

Extensions with their settings (particularly Noscript /uBlock custom filters)

Bookmarks with their icons

How can I achieve this ?

I never had sync set up so that’s not an option

Can I just copy the entire account over wholesale or at least the folders containing the extension info ?

I used a temp boot of Zorin to copy my files out of the old hard drive as Windows seemed to have difficulty ‘gaining permission’ to my old profile.

I want to keep a parallel install of Linux (Mint or Zorin) - how do I transfer my settings over there ?

Lastly would running a parallel Windows 10 install help me restore my settings if nothing else works ?

Is there any documented way our I.T department can disable the ability to connect to or even see the Firefox VPN that is being rolled out via group policy or another settings method? Firefox is a great asset for our agency but we cannot have users having the ability to bypass our web filtering. If there's not an option currently, could we have the IP's or the servers that it runs off of so we can manually block it in our firewall?

I can't see bookmarks on the RH menu but only on the LH when I click 'manage bookmarks. How do I move the bookmark folders so that they appear on the RH. This happened at the last software update.

recently i tried just realise my firefox can't played HEVC streaming video like twitch etc. (1st pictures)

i check on other browser such as Chrome, Edge, etc. it's played normal i check on google all about config

like media.wmf.hevc.enabled , media.hevc.enabled , dom.media.webcodecs.h265.enabled all set to true. checking on about:support i found it's not supported (2nd screenshot)

i check on Powershell are like this :

I'm having a problem trying to download and save a "back round photo" on my homepage, the "gear icon" is also missing at the bottom right corner of the screen...only the "edit icon" appears and its useless.

when i work in any web page and i try to back to previous page browser disconnect the page and shows loading page error (problem loading page). Is this a browser problem or any network issue , after update this shows multiple times when i try to go to previous page . 'problem that i face ' Server Not Found

All are identified as coming from Firefox. They are easy to remove but every few minutes another will pop up. McAfee cannot find or remove them.

Please help me remove this nuisance virus.

It says to drag and drop but that does not work. I minimized both windows and dragged the one tab to the 'larger' window and nothing happens. My email keeps opening in a new window and it never did before. It was a tab in my original window, and now it is so much harder for me to work.

Firefox new today stopped from loading some of my own websites that are http. Some http sites still work. Sends me to my hosting site https://www.forexample.org/login_up.php Cleared all history and caches. No change. Turned off http to https. No change. Again, just started today with no other changes on my part.
