Can't get verification codes emails from Firefox

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verificatio… (tuilleadh eolais)

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

About two years ago, I created an account on Mozilla, and by then I'd already set up two-step authentication using the app's Authenticator. But then I had to reset Windows and lost my backup keys and other stuff. Soon after, I experimented with other browsers and forgot about Firefox (I also deleted the Firefox profile in the Authenticator app). Now I've decided to log into my account, but since I can't log in without the app, I figured there's an option to log in using the email linked to the account (I have access to it), but for some reason, they're asking me for an account recovery key. So, I know my email address and have the password for it, but I can't log into my account without the Authenticator app. To try this alternative, I need to know the account recovery key, but I've lost it too. So, I'd be very grateful if anyone knows a solution to this problem. For reference, I also logged out of my Mozilla account on other devices and I haven't received any emails related to this situation (like checking email, etc.).

Disabling olf 2FA authentication and re enabling with new TOPT apps

I recovered my account using a backup code and set a new password. Two-step authentication is enabled but I don’t have the linked TOTP app. The settings UI does not allow disabling 2FA and does not offer backup code input. I still have unused 10-character backup recovery codes. Please advise.

Mozilla will not let me sign into my Amazon account without using a passkey. I have never established a passkey and I do not wish to use my phone to sign in and without using one of those two options, my computer is completely locked and I have to shut it down and reboot or sign out of Microsoft in order to regain service. I have deleted Firefox from my phone...I have deleted the Amazon app from my phone, and I unsynched everything before I did so. I have errased all of my cookies and cleared the cash. I use an Apple phone which is equipped with an excellent browser, and unless I can find some work around for this I am going to delete Firefox from my PC as well.

Blasted Federal Government keeps changing the rules Cannot get in they blame M/FF

The Government has to keep changing. "for our Security". We have accounts with the Veterans Affairs medical stuff for our medical stuff. NOW we had to move to Login.Go… (tuilleadh eolais)

It was horrible, but I FINALLY got the Olde Marine & Myself 2 Different accounts (i.e. 2 different email addresses) in Login.gov. VA has continued making changes & since Friday I can not get into "My Healthy Vet

i.e. I go through the steps & when I type in the e-dress & password MY PHONE SHOULD RING with a numeric code.  Once I type in the Numeric Code, I can continue to scramble around trying to access our pharmacy or our 'care team' in the VA system.

I watch the screen, nothing happens. I wait for the phone call nothing happens. I look in my email box & there is a message from Login.Gov that a code was sent to me. NOPE.

I have no idea why. as a cat like nosy person, I am always needing to know why. What is wrong? Is it the government & if so forget it as they most likely won't answer the phone. Is it Charter Spectrum? Is it Mozilla Firefox? (whine) I am beyond my paygrade here. Please someone who can talk to olde Phartes... MAYBE this could be SPECTRUM/Charter??? They are a royal pain in the tush. sending mail to spam that is not & ignoring that I tell them it is real; changing font sizes when I am typing; & other crummy stuff.

For a while already (week or 2) i'm trying to activate 2FA on my account, but i always get the following error

"There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device's clock is set to update automatically and start over."

I tried it on multiple laptops (all macbooks) with and without VPN and on an iPhone, but the error is the same everywhere.

The error shows in the final steps, after i downloaded and entered a security code. It brings me back to the account page with the error

Been loyal to this Browser for many years and in return - zero customer support. trying to sign up for THIS crap "help" not from FireFox of course, but from "VOLUNTEERS" so NOT Mozilla/FireFox and they don't get paid to help the company?? Bad biz all around.

Why do I have my time wasted "solving a problem" THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE??

"Signing Up" for this "help" group - typed in my email addy, chose a password, then received a "Code" to verify my email. Received ERROR message "Bad Request (400) from FireFox??? asked to be sent a NEW code - did that 3 times - receiving THE SAME EXACT BAD CODE 3 TIMES!! but oh, somehow I'm in to this "help" group anyway. How will I get in again?? or come back to check on answers WITH NO PASSWORD???

Anyone else have this type of deliberate Obstruction method of getting help?? This is NOT even the main issue I wanted to get help.
