Hello,

I need to export many profiles that are connected to my FFX account. these are the profiles found by going to "about:profiles". These do not restore on a new computer after signing in to a ffX account.

I have followed the steps outlined in this support article but it does not work, and I don't think applied to "about:profiles". https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles YouTube videos also do not appear to focus on importing the 'about:profiles'.

If someone knows how to do this, I would be very grateful.

My old computer bricked itself. Hard drive, everything is toast. I have a new one but am wondering if there is a way to retrieve bookmarks, settings, etc. on a new Firefox install on the new computer, from my account perhaps? It seems to me that the last time I lost a computer and had to start over with Firefox on a new one everything reinstalled. I'm just about nonfunctional without all my stuff!

I would like to get an offline installer for the latest build of Mozilla 89.0. The version i downloaded reaches back out to the site to run the setup.

I can't figure out how to install Firefox on Windows 11. Their link gets me to APPS in Setting but from there I'm lost. I can't find in APPS where to allow for apps from third parties. I think MS does this on purpose.

How do I change my color scheme back to the original? Firefox upgraded my system (June 5, 2021) and the new color scheme is terrible. I want what I had yesterday. "Tools-Addons-Appearance- default setting" is an old instruction and path, and is not applicable in this version.

I have just freshly installed a windows 7 on my computer which I have some old programs which won't run on windows 10. I am trying to download firefox with windows explorer which comes with windows 7. It seems I can not download anything. I try to download the firefox I get a message, The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid. to keep things short im trying o find a way to revert to before the most recent update (89.0), the new layout and organization changes are more or less causing no end of issues for me both in function and causing my anxiety issues to spike from everything being unfamiliar and i need to find a way to revert.

I'm looking for a direct link to download an older version of Firefox for OS 10.11.6. I'm not familiar with computer language, so link must be to a site that says click here to download, and not to a site that has computer language links.
