My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

Autofill keeps bringing up an old email address as a choice when logging onto website accounts. When I accessed 'Autofill' under 'Settings,' there was no choice for email addresses (see circled area on photo). Is this not a feature, or am I in the wrong place? If this isn't a feature, I would like to suggest this addition.

I recently imported passwords and usernames for auto-fill from chrome and a few of the websites will not auto-fill my username. I have to manually type the username every time even though i can see they are saved in the Firefox browser.

I decided to download Firefox and make it my default browser, so I downloaded it and followed some recommendations I found online for configuring security settings...but for the life of me I can't remember what those are.

Weeks later, I decide to watch Peacock, but the error message says I need to disable my ad blocker. I search for an ad blocker in the extensions but can't find one, so I start disabling other extensions like Facebook Container...but to now avail. I follow all the usual online steps--clearing my cache, restarting the application, restarting my computer, etc--but nothing works. I have the same error with Netflix, and switching to another browser yields the same result. So it must be something wrong with my system.

Can you help?

I want to have Firefox auto fill my passwords. The directions I see say to go to Security and click on Logins and Passwords. When I go to Security Logins and Passwords is not listed there.

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, the details appear on the form but get removed almost instantly.

I am in UK. It was working until recently.

I would like to be able to restrict autofill of my name, address, phone number, ect to only (1 or 2) certain websites. I don't want it to be available for all other websites. Can this be done?

So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

If microsnot and giggle can do it, why not youhoo?

I want Firefox to auto-enter passwords for log-in on selected sites. There are a few sites I use regularly -- on which I am NOT worried about someone discovering my password. (On Chrome, once I have signed on to the site, I can re-open the site without bothering to log in with user name and pswd.)

I went to a new website it asked me to put in an email address, Upon starting to type I saw I had 10 or 11 things to choose from. I want to edit these out one by one, is there a procedure to do that? Thank you.
