My wife put Bear Share as a toolbar, We had Microsoft Essentials for our security and then we got infected by several problems all that came from using Bear Share. It has slowed down everything and I can't get rid of it. I want Google for our toolbar.

thank you for your time & expertise:) Can you please help me understand what would happen if firefox stops supporting windows 7 users. Will i still be able to use the browser - just with less security? I will probably have to give up using a computer if I cant continue with Windows 7 so I'd even be prepared to pay an annual fee to keep the support going. I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

Chase bank has recently put a front end check that blocks all users with Windows 7 ,8 ,8.1. They have a page that says the browsers need to be changed to ones supported, yet they ignore the version of the browser "Firefox Setup 115.31.0esr.exe" which Mozilla updates monthly for security fixes. Thus they are effectively forcing anyone that bought a computer from 10/22/2009 to 01/10/2023 14 years.

I would like to know the number of users that are using the Firefox Setup 115.31.0esr release so that I can make Chase aware of how many home users they are impacting with this front end block to logging into Chase for our checking, savings, credit cards and mortgages. With some actual numbers they may reverse this problem by simply removing the front end check of windows version before allowing user login.

Without some idea of the potential number of users being blocked from access, they may just continue to ignore us.

I have your current fire fox...Each time I try to access my bank...I get a message to upgrade my browser...FIREFOX wont let me upgrade, and I cant get into my bank..

I need a way to keep firefox and still access my bank info...I have tried other browsers but they wont work since I have windows 7..

Is there anyway to keep my current firefox browser and still be able to get into my bank.

Untill last night i could conect with that site https://imtw.ru and its sub forums without eny problem . Today when i press the link i recieve a message that the connection is rejected "Failure to secure connection". As you van see it has the https:// infront and i repeat i was able to connect last night. What may be wrong?

Using Firefox ESR 115.30 in Windows 7 Ultimate, I routinely open multiple tabs, then, at the end of the day or session I'll bookmark them all into a new folder and close them all.

Later, I might return to that folder and choose to open say, 5 of the group. Is there a way to select all 5 (without opening any) and once I've finished selecting them, have all 5 open at once? Rather than just one at a time? So far it seems that I have to open them one by one.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? What can I do to resolve this problem.....Problem loading page

As I said in the title, since updating, Today.Com will not load properly. Most of the page isn't loading. Typically, when I load that page, there are there are 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner that when clicked on, open a drop down menu. Since the update, I load the page, it loads correctly, then, a few secs later, most of the page disappears. So I can't access that drop down menu at all.

I am running Ublock origin as well as privacy badger.  With both extensions shut off the issue still occurs.

This is on an older W7 HP machine that I use as a media PC of sorts. Thanks
